Absolutely wonderful stay. We were there from March 28 to April 4th. Extremely clean unit and well furnished. We were excited to see how many beach necessities were readily available! It is a bit of a jaunt to the ocean. But with the in-unit cart made it very doable. We are a family of 6 and plenty of chairs for all. Extra beach towels which really come in handy! Check-in was extremely smooth. Overall, we are extremely happy and appreciative for the opportunity to rent this unit. First trip to Marco Island and it won’t be our last!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Updated and modernized condo in Tower 4, 3rd floor. We loved our stay. The mngr group is very welcoming and friendly. This is a stress free condo. We loved the open floor pan, living room and tv setup too. Sunset view was great! Parking, washer and dryers were easy to deal with. Lots of beach gear for everyone. Pool, beach and relaxing all in one place.

Long walk to beach (.25 miles),View of tiger tail beach, but looking over parking lot and trees and bushes. Washer and dryer are not in room, but community and require additional card to operate which had to be reloaded.

May 2018 Stay

All four of my girlfriends came down for a week to celebrate one of our friends 50th birthday. The price was excellent the place was absolutely beautiful. I will be highly recommending this condo and area to all my friends. The complex is gorgeous and the condo was clean. The owner answered all our questions when we had them. Thanks Diane!!!

Enjoyed two weeks in this well equipped and appointed condo unit! Two large bedrooms and full baths, a modern kitchen and great big screen TV. View of the water an sunsets from the balcony. It was a pleasure to stay here.

You do need to have a car if you want to leave the property. Otherwise, beach is within walking distance and a nice size pool is right next to the building. Condo was clean and nice. Owner was super easy to get in touch too and answered all our questions. Would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for great experience!

Relaxing in Luxury

It was a wonderful, relaxing week in an absolutely beautiful condo. The condo was spotless and fully furnished with anything you might need. You can pack light when staying here - just bring your clothes, toiletries, and some groceries; everything else is provided. It's obvious that the owner takes pride in her condo - from the comfortable "homey" decor to the luxurious sheets and bath towels to the well-stocked kitchen. Even the dishes are all matching pieces! The owner responded to my many questions quickly and in a friendly manner. One thing I would like to share about the condominium complex, though. It seems to be geared more toward adults - there are many rules that families with children might find confining. There is a quiet, "adult" feel to South Seas.

Marco Island vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was nice and relaxing. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed for our week long trip. The building is a little dated and lots of construction was going on, including the laundry unit, but the condo itself was very nice. It was a good walk to the beach swatting lots of mosquitos on our way there, but the wagon (we had to fix the front wheel) and chairs were very convenient and the beach was beautiful! The pool was also a nice added bonus.

May 2017 Stay - Well stocked condo

Reviewer Comments: The owners of this condo have taken great care to stock their beautifully decorated condo with luxury hotel fluffy towels (and lots of them), paper supplies including TP, kleenex & paper towels as well as liquid dish soap and dish washing detergent. There were enough garbage bags for the entire stay. Normally we have to purchase all these items to set up house for the week. Spices were available in the cupboard as well as plenty of dishes and pots & pans. A refrigerator that had a water and ice dispenser was much appreciated. A nice blender helped to make smoothies and mixed drinks. I guess the only down side was the washer and dryer were around the hall corner (but close to the condo) and required a payment card be loaded to use either the washer or dryer. The South Seas Tower is a gated resort and you must show your parking pass each time you enter. A key is required to get into the building and another to access your condo. A code or key is also required at the gate to the beach. It was safe but seemed like a lot of keys were needed. We came in late and got a little confused as to which tower was which. Maybe better signage for after dark? Overall a great unit and fun stay. Lots of shells found at Tiger Tail Beach...

Week at South Seas Tower 4, condo 301

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We (family of 4, parents and adult kids) had a great week here. The condo was spacious an comfortable and perfectly located as a base to enjoy the beach as well as the nearby Everglades. Everything necessary was provided. It overlooks a natural area with mangroves and wading birds, as well as the beach and Gulf. The beach is excellent for walking, shelling, swimming and just relaxing. A recommendation: If your reservation is with Marco Island Vacation Properties (as ours was), do what they suggest and download and use their app. I didn't, and found I was missing some essential info that delayed our access to the condo. As a result I had to text the contact person, which didn't work too well as the responses weren't helpful. But when I called the after hours number, all was made clear. And then when our keysets were missing the essential front door keys, a staff member came immediately to replace them.
