The in-ground pool is also equipped with a WYMO hoist, allowing wheelchair users to enjoy the water with ease.

Sleeping up to six guests, the home is perfect for families or groups. Indoors, unwind with plush lounges and an 85-inch smart TV. Outdoors, enjoy a private pool, large lawn, and views of the Pacific Ocean. Beautiful Spot and Great Host!

Monique has been an extremely accommodating host from our first contact. We picked this house, not just because of it's beautiful beach front location, but also because we required a wheelchair friendly house. The house itself is spread over 3 very well situated levels, with a main level entry via a ramp to the house from a roomy carport. Everything required is on the main level, including a large queen size bedroom with a super comfy bed right next to an accessible bathroom, which is very modern and spacious. The pool and main balcony are also on the main level with easy access everywhere. The pool is just enough to cool off, with beautiful ocean views and the chair lift into the pool is super easy to use. There really isn't anything the hosts have not considered for anyone wishing to visit except maybe a hoist, but we had no troubles with transfers due to the spaciousness of the environment. If you are travelling up the coast or visiting Coffs Harbour, definitely make this a place to stay!!!

Beautiful property in secluded location

I stayed here with my adult children and grandchildren for 3 days in late December 2018. This split level property is located close to Sapphire Beach, about midpoint between Coffs Harbour and Woolgoolga. It is not particularly near any facilities, but that may be a good thing, depending on what you want to make out of your holiday. The bedrooms are spread over 3 levels with top-level being occupied entirely by a superb master bedroom with ensuite and commanding views of the coast from a private balcony. There is another very good bedroom on the entry-level and more beds in a basement style area, which leads onto an enormous grassed backyard, which in turn leads on to a rainforest type area rolling right down to the beach. The pool is quite small, but terrific for entertaining, being straight out of the sliding doors in the living room. We found the house to be very clean, with modern appliances and good toiletries. There is off-street undercover parking for 2 cars, and air-conditioning to some, but not all, parts of the house. It was enough to cool the house. Overall this was a beautiful, spacious family home which we would be very happy to stay in again, and we were very impressed with the services of Monique Fitzgerald the letting agent, who went above and beyond to show us this amongst many other properties for rental. A thumbs up.

Peaceful retreat

We loved the views out to sea and hearing and seeing so many types of birds in the garden. It was a very relaxing place to stay. Well equipped kitchen and lots of storage space in the house. The master bedroom doesn't have a door to it from the stairs but other than that, we couldn't fault it! Monique dealt with all our queries promptly and provided a great service.
