Community Dock & Pool over looking Folly River, 7-8 blocks from the beach
Come to Turtle Bay for rest & relaxation. This condominium is a 2 bedroom, 3 full bath condo with exceptional river & sunset views. The bedrooms each feature a single queen bed. The master bedroom is on the river side, while the secondary bedroom is on the street side. The master bathroom has been recently renovated & has a stand-up shower & a soaking bath. There is a garage & carport with this unit, but only enough room to fit 2 vehicles, 1 inside the garage & 1 in the carport area. The pool & dock area are open to guests, but the boat lifts are not for guest use.
Owner has recently purchased new furniture. Master bedroom has a new mattress, new Living room sofa & chairs & entertainment center with new TV, Small ottomans are expected to arrive July 2025, Master bedroom chairs are expected to arrive June 2025.
