Clean, Beachy, Amazing Waterview Near Folly Beach & Downtown Charleston

Condo on the top floor with spectacular marsh views. Only 1 mile from the Folly Beach, shopping and restaurants and 10 miles from Downtown Charleston. Bike lane in each direction from the condo to Folly Beach or the grocery store.
Across the street are kayak and paddle board rentals as well as a seafood market and a seafood restaurant.

Condo recently remodeled and furnished.

The full kitchen (stove/oven, microwave, full sized fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee pot style coffee maker, toaster, blender) and is well supplied with quality cookware & dishware.

There is a large capacity washer/dryer as well.

The condo comes with everything you need to get your vacation started including quality sheets, bath towels and household supplies. Beach chairs and beverage cooler included.

Condo does not have an elevator. There are 45 steps or 4 flights to the entry door. Parking is assigned, maximum of 2 vehicles. Cars must be parked in their assigned space under the building. No parties, boats or recreational vehicles allowed.

We had an excellent stay. The condo was clean, a good size, with an amazing balcony. It was only a short walk to Folly beach and the host was super nice, with great communication and even let us check in early. Highly recommend!

Great place for our vacation. Very comfortable beds. Well located, short drive to the beach. Excellent value for the location. Loved the recommendation about the nearby seafood store/restaurant/kayak rental/dolphin tour. Would happily stay there again.

The location is great for getting to both Folly Beach and also a short trip into Charleston. The back porch is spacious, and offers great relaxing views. Inside is comfy and clean. There were even 4 nice beach chairs available to use if you need them.

Great Stay

The condo was as advertised and very clean upon arrival. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. The stairs are not as bad as some other reviews have said! Great location as well!
