Clean, Beachy, Amazing Waterview Near Folly Beach & Downtown Charleston

Condo on the top floor with spectacular marsh views. Only 1 mile from the Folly Beach, shopping and restaurants and 10 miles from Downtown Charleston. Bike lane in each direction from the condo to Folly Beach or the grocery store.
Across the street are kayak and paddle board rentals as well as a seafood market and a seafood restaurant.

Condo recently remodeled and furnished.

The full kitchen (stove/oven, microwave, full sized fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee pot style coffee maker, toaster, blender) and is well supplied with quality cookware & dishware.

There is a large capacity washer/dryer as well.

The condo comes with everything you need to get your vacation started including quality sheets, bath towels and household supplies. Beach chairs and beverage cooler included.

Condo does not have an elevator. There are 45 steps or 4 flights to the entry door. Parking is assigned, maximum of 2 vehicles. Cars must be parked in their assigned space under the building. No parties, boats or recreational vehicles allowed.

Nice 2 bedroom 2 bath for a short stay. Owners were communicative. Having enough paper towel, TP, soap, shampoo, detergents was a pleasant touch.

Great location & great place!

I loved this cute condo! I would definitely recommend it and stay here again! It was in a great location, and so convenient to get to folly. The car was in a covered lot which was great! Only con is the stairs, but well worth it!

Beautiful views of the marsh!

Loved the apartment in the top (4th) floor. Lots of steps. Great views of the marsh from the treetops. Close to Lolo’s restaurant—yummy fresh seafood and sunset experience. Also close to the best fish market in the area: Crosby’s. Try the crab dip. ❤️ Sole issue with the apartment, it’s close to the road, so there’s traffic noise. We would definitely stay here again!

Folly Condo

Great condo, great accommodations. Only negatives are minor. No elevator, our condo was on the third floor. The distance to town required a walk down the main road before the sidewalk started. Just minor issues, that didn’t relate to the accommodations. Would book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Folly. The location was great. Easy access to the beach and the city. The place was very clean. Jennifer was very responsive to emails and concerns. As stated, there are multiple steps to the unit. So be prepared!!! The unit is not stocked with any essential cooking items. The pots and pans are there, but no spices, coffee, tea, food wrap, baggies, or anything of that nature. I’m used to at least a starter coffee or tea option until you can get to the store.The one main negative about the place is that the air conditioner sits on the outside wall of the guest bedroom and as it cycles on and off all night, it makes it very hard to sleep. It’s very noisy. Bring a sound machine.

Perfect for two couples!

The condo was clean and had most everything we needed for our stay. Very close to Folly Beach and not too far from downtown. It was quiet and peaceful. The covered parking area was nice!

Comfortable and a great location!

We had a wonderful time. My son is military and was really looking forward to a home cooked meal and this place provided us a home atmosphere within walking distance to the beach. It was lovely and the views from the porch were amazing! I highly recommend. The hosts were very nice and communicated in a timely manner. We would definitely stay again.

Missed stay

Due to death in family we were unable to make the weekend however our friends we were attending the oyster festival with were VERY pleased with condo they said it would be well worth staying again even the 48 stairs weren’t bad.

Perfect long weekend

This property was perfect for me and my friend. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Close to everything but not close to city noises. Communication with the property manager was super easy and check in/out was perfect. My friend and I had so much fun being able to sit outside on the spacious balcony, listen to birds and discuss future research projects. Would definitely recommend and I plan to stay again.
