Light filled and very spacious, elegant, one bedroom apartment with a pull out QS sofa bed also available in the separate lounge room. We offer approximately 120 square metres of fully self contained living attached to our residence. Relax in comfy recliner armchairs and enjoy the beautiful sunset views from the delightful lounge room or enjoy them from the large private deck area together with a complimentary wine and food platter. Sleep soundly in the comfortable KS bed

This apartment is centrally located between the CBD (city) and the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. A one hour drive north to Melbourne CBD and a 50 minute drive south to Portsea (end of the Mornington Peninsula). The region is highly regarded for its wineries and golf courses, and of course, it beautiful beaches. Many are located within an easy 20 minute drive.

The apartment was very light and spacious and furnished to a high standard includes everything you need. It exceeded our expectation of an apartment it's more like a private annexe to the main property. Wonderful stay at beautiful, clean, well-equipped apartment

We had a wonderful stay at Christine's apartment and enjoyed the beautiful view onto her garden and the sunset. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped with everything that we needed. We really appreciated the breakfast provided and the cheese, dip and wine was a pleasant surprise! Christine lives next door and was very responsive. The deck umbrella had broken and she went out immediately to get a replacement! The apartment is a short drive from all the places we wanted to go and in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend this apartment!

Beautiful property in a highly convenient location

We are golfers so this property was so convenient to top golf courses. Everything we needed was in the apartment and Cristine even made their own BBQ available to us which made cooking a breeze. Sheets and towels were top quality. The serenity and views were marvellous.

A Beautiful Property

The Sunset Apartment was without doubt one of the very best stays we have ever had. The facilities in the apartment and the quality supplies Cristine stocked the property with were second to none. And she topped it off with beautiful fresh flowers throughout the apartment. It was a special stay for 3 nights over Christmas Day.

Classy and comfortable

Ideal place for a restful break

This property was spotless and well presented. The green outlook from enormous windows is restful and beautiful and you feel like you are on holiday from the minute you walk in. The apartment was very well equipped with food in the fridge and cupboards. Everything appeared brand new. Fresh roses in the apartment smelled beautiful. Perfect, Quiet Location with Beautiful Views

We loved our stay in Mt Eliza at Christines Place. It was so clean, spacious and beautiful. The views were lovely, despite all the smoke! The location was perfect, being in a quiet neighbourhood, however only 5 minutes into civilisation. Christine was easy to communicate with, and walked over to introduce her self which I thought was really lovely. We highly recommend staying here!

Fabulous

The property is situated in a quiet area with views over surrounding countryside and the ocean. There was such a welcoming feel from the fresh roses everywhere to the hamper full of goodies and breakfast. Nothing had been overlooked to make our stay a pleasure. Great location, great restaurants nearby, great accommodation. Thank you. Can’t recommend it enough. Wouldn’t look to stay anywhere else on the Peninsula.

From the moment we walked in , PERFECT, the goodies that were provided , the house is just spotless, beautiful in every sense. The views are breath taking , but most of all the host Cristine was unbelievable. She was reassuring and met all our needs. You made Chanel’s stay comfortable and safe for her nursing placement. We had a lovely stay at Mount Eliza, very accommodating and exceptionally clean place. The decking outside is great for sitting out under the umbrella and enjoying the sunset in front of the huge grass area. Cristine gave us some recommendations on what to do in the area and the snake and wine platter was lovely. Thank you for a great stay!
