Maximum Occupancy 10 including children/infant. No exceeding maximum
Unregistered guests: Not Allowed
Minimum Night Stay- 3 nights
Minimum Age to book is 25 years old
Parking: Maximum 3 vehicles-(2 driveway. 1 street) Must not encroach unto sidewalk. Upon request, one parking pass will be provided for street parking. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited.

No Parties, events, corporate meetings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, weddings, family gatherings. Only guests registered are permitted in and around the property.

Guest will need to complete and sign a rental agreement, picture ID, and agree to adhere to Anaheim City Short Term Rental Ordinance including mandatory City quiet hours of 10:00pm to 9:00am. Pool, front and backyard, game room/garage are closed during quiet hours.
