The Space:

The view is the star — 16 floors above white Gulf sand, dolphins visible from the balcony on many lucky mornings.

Primary Bedroom: King bed, private balcony access, en-suite bath with double-sink vanity and walk-in shower — Gulf views from bed.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ocean-themed decor, kids love this room.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed with memory foam mattress.

Living Room: Queen sofa bed for guests 7 and 8.

Fully equipped kitchen — brand new appliances, island seating, stocked for group cooking. Dining table seats 6. Living room sofa faces the Gulf through sliding doors to the balcony.

5 pools (2 indoor heated year-round + 3 outdoor), 2 hot tubs, direct beach access, beach chairs provided, free movie theater, game room, on-site Starbucks, H2O Bar & Grill, poolside bar, gift shop.



In-unit washer/dryer and dedicated workspace — pack light and stay a week.



Parking passes are $40 each (up to 2). Arranged via email before arrival.

Check-in after 4PM, checkout before 10AM.



Guest Access:

The entire condo is yours — please make yourself at home.



Self check-in via smartlock. You'll receive a link by email before arrival with all check-in details and access codes. This is the only way to access check-in information.



Entire building amenities included: 5 pools, 2 hot tubs, beachfront lounge, direct beach access, poolside bar, on-site restaurant, coffee shop, movie theater, and more — all complimentary with your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Majestic Beach Towers sits on Front Beach Road — the main strip of Panama City Beach — with the Gulf directly below.



Walk out to white sand without moving your car. Beach chairs are waiting. The water here is Gulf-green and clear enough to see the bottom.



Pineapple Willy's (local favorite for seafood and live music) is a short walk west along the beach strip. Pier Park — PCB's main shopping, dining, and entertainment hub — is about 10 minutes by car. Gulf World Marine Park (dolphin shows, great with kids) is 15 minutes east.



For a longer drive: Seaside and Rosemary Beach on 30A are about 45 minutes east on a quiet morning — worth the trip for a day.



Spring and summer weekends fill fast. Off-peak winter rates are available — snowbirds welcome.



Getting Around:

Parking: If guests would like to purchase a parking pass good for the duration of their stay, the passes are $40 per car. Please reach out to us and let us know how many passes you need.



There is a Bay Town Trolley available in town as well as taxis and Uber.
