We enjoyed our stay with 8 adults and 4 elementary age children. Overall, the home was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the appliances all worked well. We enjoyed the golf cart (we didn't use the 4-seater cart). Hot water was adequate. The furniture in the living room was satisfactory, though it was showing a little wear. It was a good value for the price paid. We really like the location. A few suggestions for future renters: Things to bring with you - pillows (we bought and left a few), hair dryer, hangers, beach chairs (there were 4), beach umbrella.James, the owner, was easy to communicate with and accommodating.

I couldn’t have asked for better communication and hospitality. The host was great and the property was clean and spacious. I booked for a family of 12 and the house was a perfect fit. We had an amazing time and I would book this property again anytime!

We had an excellent stay at this property and couldn't have been happier with our experience. The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The accommodations were comfortable, the amenities were thoughtfully provided, and everything we needed was readily available.The location was convenient to the wharf, pool and beach, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time away. Communication with the host was outstanding—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire process seamless from check-in to check-out.We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free getaway. The property was great. Overall the house was very clean and perfectly located. There was something going on with the refrigerator not working properly but the host was very communicative about it. He also had a repair man come before I even made it to the property. My family really enjoyed our stay.
