Great, family-friendly home in a convenient location. Thornton was an easy 30 minute drive, or less, to both CU Boulder and Denver.Just note that there is a basement tenant with a separate entrance. Because you share floors/walls, sound carries, so you'll want to be mindful of noise if you shower or arrive late at night.
Our stay was great. Communication started off slow and cleaning crew showed up late so checking in was later but they made some exceptions and allowed us in the house and made it work. We really appreciated that. Once we got in everything was great! Will stay here again.
This HOME is everything!!!
My family and I really enjoyed the stay. Great Mountain View!!! Great communication! Whenever I called, Sonja answered. She went over and beyond to make sure we was satisfied. Got to the home and realized I had left my soap. Look In the closet, and I see my favorite.... DOVE!!! If you’re thinking about renting.... Stop hesitating and book now!!! I promise you won’t have any regrets!
Thanks again for everything ♥️

Thank you for being a wonderful guests! We would enjoy having you stay anytime!
The house was beautiful. The location was perfect. We did spend three days with a leaky toilet, my brother fixed it, then a repair man came and did something to it and it started leaking again. Unfortunately we had 3 days of multiple calls with the owner and two days of repair men coming to the house. We arrived with groceries to the refrigerator unplugged. The basement was an apartment that we knew nothing about and would have liked to have been informed that we were going to have neighbors. Overall the stay was nice.
Absolutely beautiful and spacious home. Very clean. Perfect location. Great communication from the renter. Just bring a sleep mask for the master bedroom. It gets light in there early.
My family and I recently stayed in Denver to help our son relocate to Boulder. He was moving into an apartment and had warehouse space for his business in Denver. This was a fabulous location and the house was so nice. It was close to the I-25, close to get to Boulder and grocery store, food, etc just down the road. It was a busy, tiring week & the home was so relaxing to come home to. It had everything we needed to be comfortable.
Lots of separate sitting areas and nice layout of the house.
Sonja was so nice to work with. We had a question about arriving late, parking a U-Haul and there was a storm the last night and the power went out. She handled all questions in a kind, professional way. This is one of the best places, if not the BEST we have stayed in years of using VRBO.
Stayed at this property with my daughter and her 2 children for a week. It has everything to make your stay feel like you are at home. Convient location with easy access to stores.
My family and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful and comfortable home. Our host were very kind and responsive to our needs. We will definitely be back again!
We were staying at this home during my daughter's wedding weekend. This home was perfectly located between the wedding venue and the reception venue. With the many things that need to be done at both locations this worked out perfectly. Sonja is an excellent communicator responding to text messages instantly. The home had everything we needed and on the morning of the wedding it was a great place for the bridal party to get ready and take pictures. Staying at this home helped keep the stress levels down! Thank you Sonja.
There were only 3 of us to enjoy this beautiful home. Well worth the money versus staying in a hotel. It was nice to be able to make breakfast each morning and enjoy our own space versus that of a hotel. Sonja was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.
