Great Stay

Property is just as listed: the condo and pool was clean and ready to use, the location is about 1 block from beach access #10 (about a 3 minute walk), and the house was stocked with a beach wagon, chairs, boogie boards and beach mats so you don’t have to buy your own! Check in and check out was a simple process and I appreciate that they called to verify I received the instructions via email. It was our first time at South Padre and overall had a great experience, we would definitely book again.

The place was dirty, matress on sleeper unusable, single bed broken, no kettle

Everything was really substandard. Kitchenware was disgustingly dirty. No glasses only cracked plastic cups. Property manager did at least communicate eventually band partly refunded. Really unpleasant experience

It was a roomy and clean place to stay. Close to the beach & not far from stores & restaurants. It had just about everything we needed, except unfortunately, a working dryer. Other than the dryer, we really enjoyed it.

Cute, Comfortable, Well worth the cost

Great condo for little get-a-ways! Plenty of space for small families or small group of friends, can comfortably prepare meals without having to eat out every meal due to lack of kitchen necessities, refreshing pool, bar-b-q area, cable, wifi, right down the road from the beach etc What more can you ask for! This condo was cheaper or the same price as several hotels that don't even offer a mini fridge, and yet you get so much more than a hotel! This affordable clean and cute condo is great for family budgets and island trips! Loved my stay here!
