Yacht Club Villas #1-204 is a beautifully appointed 4 Bedroom/4 Bath condo located on the 2nd floor in Building #1. This spacious and updated property allows your family and guests to relax in complete comfort and style. The living room is very comfortable and has a large Flat screen TV to enjoy your favorite shows. The kitchen has granite counter tops and has everything you need to cook your meals. The breakfast bar has plenty of room to entertain and the dining room is perfect for family meals. There are two primary suites with adjoining primary baths and the other two bedrooms have their own bathrooms as well so everyone has privacy. There is a king bed in the 1st master suite and a king in the 2nd master. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have two queens in each room. All of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs as well. There is also a washer and dryer in the property so you can do your laundry any time you need to.

There are great views of the Marina and the Intracoastal Waterway and the large resort style pool area from the balconies. This is the perfect home away from home for your vacation! Barefoot Resort has 4 Championship Golf Courses to try if you like to golf. Or we can set you up with one of our professional Golf Masters to reserve your tee times. Walk over to the Marina Bar for cocktails or a bite to eat at the end of the day. Or check out the many shops, restaurants and attractions at Barefoot Landing. Check out Lulu's Restaurant, Taco Mundo, Flying Fish or Greg Norman's Australian Grill for a great dinner. Do you like to go to shows? The House of Blues, Alabama Theater and Alligator Adventure has many shows to choose from. The beach is right down the street and there is even a free shuttle that runs in the summer that will drop you off at the beach access.

Barefoot Landing has fireworks every Monday night in the summer and you can watch them right from the balconies in your condo. You will love this place!

This property is non-smoking and no pets allowed. Barefoot Resort Properties do not allow motorcycles, buses, RVs, boats, golf carts or trailers. No gas or charcoal grills permitted. There is a grill area onsite.

Myrtle Beach Travel Ball Trip

From the moment we stepped into the condo we chose, we felt right at home. Everything was furnished for us and we were extremely comfortable. It was great that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom and the living space was great and plenty of room for everyone. The location was convenient to all attarections and everywhere we needed to go. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location

6 father sons came up on a golf trip. We have stayed in Barefoot towers before but this unit hit a homerun with cleanliness. All rooms had ability to adjust thermostat. Check in was extremely easy and quick. Definitely headed back next year.

We had 9 in our group and the condo was plenty spacious with 4 beds/4baths and 2 pull out sofas. It had 3 private balconies, washer/dryer etc. The pool was amazing for the little kids in our group ages 4/5 the pool was very crowded but due to its large size it didnt feel crowded. The pool was 3ft to 4 ft at the deepest perfect pool to relax in. Only negatives wld be cld of used more than 1 dish cloth/towel and more than 1 trash bag, a dust pan wld of helped.

Only thing we are disappointed in is the limit on 2 parking passes per unit. We have 4 families with 4 vehicles converging at this location, and having to juggle beach stuff, kids and baby stuff and worrying about which vehicles have the pass and whose walking to the store parking lot to get the other car became a bigger nuisance than I’d like to deal with on vacation. I understand it is not the rental agency who makes this policy but would love to have them forward this to the resort for future large family renters

There was one draw back, there were people staying directly below us that were extremely loud partying all day and through the night on their balcony we could even hear them with our doors shut. They were also smoking tons of weed to were we couldn’t go out on our porch because it smelled so nasty. Also there was a smoker on their porch to the left of us.

Had a few minor things upon arrival, no shower curtain in one shower, lock missing from sliding door, shower faucets leaked, sink drain stopper didn’t work etc. they brought us a shower curtain which sufficed.Biggest disappointment was that we were looking forward to, and purposely selected a place that had one,enjoying the hot tub mornings and evenings and it turned out that it was shut down the entire length of our stay- that would get 0 stars! Because that was a big deal to us. Wish we could be compensated somehow

The bathtub in the front bedroom had not been cleaned, so we cleaned everything in the unit with Lysol that i had bought from home, we washed all the linen in Lysol, sprayed and wiped everything in the unit,also the dish washer still had dishes in it.After addressing these issues we felt that we were able to finally enjoy our vacation. The cleaning crew need to pay more attention to issues like will make everyone who stay there a more pleasant one, and the people will be more willing to stay again in the unit on a return visit.

Overall our experiences were good. The condo is spacious; and it’s location within North Myrtle Beach is great…close to everything. The cleanliness was good; however, the cleaning/maintenance team should pay more attention to the bathrooms especially the showers and shower curtains. They were stained and I had to have one shower curtain replaced while there. Also, the balcony curtains throughout should be cleaned or replaced. Beside those issues, our vacation went very well.

Great experience. Just three minor issues. Wish we could have had more bath towels, no bath mats, a couple of outlets had issues and one of the adults found a moldy toddler sippy cup under bed.

Beautiful but somewhat disappointed

The condo was beautiful and spacious. But the pool was such a disappointment. Only open 10a-6p, which was not noted in the listing. Also, no pool toys, balls, etc. There were two guards at the pool strictly enforcing every rule, and there were many. This was not a nice atmosphere for families and kids. Also, the communication with property management was not good. I was made to feel a nuisance for calling with questions. And we weren’t given a property map to know where anything was. Overall, the condo was great but the experience on property was not.
