We had an overall good experience staying at this rental property. We couldn’t tell from the listing that it’s actually a condo with several other units around. That didn’t pose too much of a problem however, just a little issue with parking and another renting person but all was figured out quickly. There is no air conditioning in this unit which of course was only a problem as we were there during a historic heat wave. The property had several fans which worked fine. The property location is great!! Very close to downtown Petoskey, the brewery, wineries, Harbor Springs, Petoskey State Park etc. Also, each bedroom has a full en suite bathroom which you just never get in a rental. Full kitchen was great. We would stay here again just for the location and bathroom setup alone!

This is a clean and comfortable townhouse in a great location. It's just a short drive from downtown Petoskey, and the beach is practically next door. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms are clean and have decent water pressure i the shower, and there is plenty of space for a group of adults. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we appreciated the 12-cup coffee pot so we could make a bunch of coffee at once each morning.

We enjoyed the location so close to the State park. I think directions should point out the driveway is shared with Chester's Condos. We had some difficulty finding the place the first time.
