We also supply convenient small electric appliances such as air frier, food processor, electric can opener, sandwich press, etc., all tucked away in one of the pull-out pantries. Relax in the spacious and comfortable family room watching the big screen smart TV; select a book from our library, or listen to your favorite radio station. You can also use your laptop comfortably at the corner desk work station. Grill your fresh-caught fish at the marina half a block away, or on your backyard gas grill. Walk to your private beach and sink your feet in the soft Singer Island sand. Great Vacation

We had a blast! Lots of room to spread out or hang out. Loved the screened in back lanai. The kitchen was very well supplied. We were mostly eating in and it was easy with the family. Great neighborhood for walks and the beach was lovely. Thanks!

Great place, great location

This was a great place to stay! The house was lovely and well furnished. We appreciated the amenities- new appliances in the kitchen, washer/dryer, grill, etc. The location is perfect, right along a trail through the neighborhood that makes it easy to get to the beach. The host was easy to correspond with and always prompt in his replies. Overall, a great experience.

Bravado Breeze is the Best!

While we’ve been visiting Palm Beach Shores for over 10 years, this was the first time we stayed for more than a week. Our March ‘24 vacation at Bravado was terrific in every way; perfect location, quiet neighborhood, in a clean and nicely updated home. Thanks to Recy the entire process of checking in and staying there was smooth as silk. Bravado Breeze is a wonderful home in one of the most charming towns in all of Florida!

Wonderful PBS Home!

This property is wonderful, and the location can't be beat. Very close to the Inlet, the Beach, and the Marina with a convenient walking path. Quiet neighborhood with friendly and considerate neighbors. The well stocked house is very clean with a great layout and everything that you need. Loved the beautiful pool area and grill in the back yard. Recy responds quickly to any questions and is great to work with. Would love to come back and stay again!

Florida Vacation at its best !

This home is beautifully furnished in an open beachy floor plan. The kitchen is completely furnished with everything you could need including new Maytag appliances. The living room has 2 sofas and good reading lights. Large kitchen table seats 6. Family room with large tv wall of bookcases. Double doors leading to patio with chairs tables and umbrellas as well as gas grill. Beautiful swimming pool (unheated) but perfect !

Family Spring Break

This was our first time to Palm Beach Shores and we loved it! The home was as described and more! From beach towels to toys to puzzles… it was a big relief to have everything at the home for use. The beach is walking distance and the private pool was perfect for days the children were not up to the beach. Recy was always just a phone call or text away if we needed anything! Thank you for such a wonderful week at your beautiful home :)

Nice spacious house!

My husband and I rented this house for the month of March. It was exactly as the pictures show. Newly updated with big open rooms. We had friends and family come and go over the month and every one enjoyed the area. Less then a mile to the restaurants and beach. We loved the pool-it’s not heated but on those warm Florida days it was great to hangout in and stay cool. Recy was available for questions and very easy to work with. Awesome experience

This property was absolutely beautiful. It is 1 block from the beach with a built in pool. The owner(Recy) has done many upgrades. By far the cleanest house I have ever rented on VRBO. The pictures are totally accurate on the website, the owner was responsive to everything very quickly. You will want for nothing. There is every amenity from corkscrews to air fryers in this house. So well equipped that it made the trip that much more enjoyable. Thank you Recy for a great few weeks!

Fantastic House close to everything you want

Kids loved the location. It was clean and recently remodeled. The pool needs a heater, the water was too cold to swim.

Nice Location, dirty house and not nice owner

The house is very small for a 3BR. We had to clean most everything before using. We pulled dishes from the cabinets that had not been washed. The floors and kitchen counters were disgusting. The counters are painted wood, not formica or solid surface. The owner is very disingenuous. They collected tax that was already paid to VRBO and other undisclosed fees. We left the house early. Owner refused to communicate reasonably or offer any refund. We have on ongoing dispute.

John Wambold arrived at the property 3 hours early, retrieved the key from the lockbox and took it with him! In spite of his action, he was allowed early access to the property. He arrived with two large dogs, and he had not disclosed any pets on this reservation. He was told that he could only bring one dog, but since he was already there, the second dog would be allowed. He was then asked to pay for the dogs but he refused to pay, even after the fee was discounted for him. John Wambold did not respect the house rules and he communicates in a very contentious and threatening way. He and his family left the property a day early without notice, leaving windows open and unlocked, lights on and the electric coffee maker on, which could have caused a fire in the house. There were no extra fees or taxes collected. The property was cleaned prior to his checking in. He is not welcome back.

Lower Your Expectations: Needs updated plumbing and a really deep clean...

This property is not maintained well. Both bathrooms have framed signs reading, "Only use toilet paper if absolutely necessary." When is toilet paper not necessary?? What the signs should read is "Warning: Toilets barely function." The house needs a really deep clean and new plumbing. The floors were dirty (turned my kids' feet black in the first twenty minutes), the counter tops were painted black and sticky, and the bathroom toilets were a constant challenge. On a positive note, the house was in a great location right near the walking path and close to the beach.

I am very disappointed with your review and your deceptive comments. There was no sign that read "Only use toilet paper if absolutely necessary," that is ridiculous. If you had plumbing issues, you should have contacted me to have them fixed, but you never did. Our communication throughout your stay was positive and pleasant. I believe your negative review stems from our disagreement about the physical damage found after your departure. It is very unfortunate that you decided to express your displeasure by posting this kind of review on my property.

I fell in love with Palm Beach Shores 15 years ago when I bought a small house there. Unfortunately, I sold the house but have been wanting to go back there ever since. Finally, in 2019, I was able to purchase another property; my little piece of paradise, which I want to share with you!
