Remodeled 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home on the south side of Brigantine. In a quiet neighborhood close to the beach with easy access to Atlantic City. Quick ride to the Acme shopping center, Dunkin Donuts and Wawa and all other activities Brigantine offers. Close to the popular Cove beach entrance and Pepper Cove for beautiful sunset views.
Kitchen equipped with Stainless steel Samsung appliances, Quartz countertops, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, blender, microwave. Well stocked with kitchen equipment and utensils.
Renovated bathrooms. Two with walk-in showers and one with tub/shower combo.
Central AC and ceiling fans in living room and all bedrooms.
Washer and dryer provided.
Balcony off master bedroom with partial views of Atlantic City and bay.
Fenced in backyard with updated deck, gas grill, patio furniture and large umbrella.
Bikes (4) available for guest’s use.
Kayaks are available if you have vehicle to transport them.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, cart, cooler, boogie boards and surfboards available.
Near entrances to drive-on beaches if you have a 4x4 permit.
Some games/toys available.
Pillows and blankets provided.
Guests must bring own linens, sheets, towels and toiletries.
No cable tv, but we have YouTube tv and wireless internet and smart tvs, which have Netflix and a variety of streaming channels. Guests can use their own cable log in info to access network channels via streaming.

*Preferably weekly rentals beginning June Friday to Friday. July 4th week could be Saturday to Saturday.
*Check in 3pm. Check out 11am.

Great time!

This place had everything you could ask for for a relaxing summer vacation. The house is clean and spacious. We biked to the beach almost every day. The area was quiet and not crowded. I highly recommend it anyone looking for some fun in the sun!

Another Beautiful Vacation on Brigantine Island

This place is perfect for our family. It is modern, very clean and everything works well. Bathrooms are very nice, and the kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Especially like the island and stools. Everything you need for the beach is here. We will try to return next summer.

Another Great Stay in Brigantine

This house is beautiful. Clean, modern and perfect for a family. The location is convenient and there is a large supermarket nearby. The house contains all the beach things you will need. Umbrellas, chairs, etc. There are also bikes and even surfboards and kayaks. We have stayed here several times and look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful, well appointed townhouse. I always bring my own pot and pan for cooking as I never know what condition a rental's cookware will be in. I was pleasantly surprised that with Jen's kitchen there was no need to! All her cookware/dishes were great. The kitchen was fantastic and had everything that was needed.The house was clean and comfortable. Bicycles were in good shape as well as items for the beach in their outdoor beach closet. Thank you Jenn and Mike. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect place to stay in Brigantine

This home is clean and beautiful. It is well stocked with anything you could need at the beach, chairs, coolers, boogie boards, etc.I've been coming to Brigantine for years and never found a place I wanted to stay in again until now. Thank you for a great trip

Beautiful Townhome!

This was our first time ever to Brigantine and all I can say is what an absolutely beautiful home we chose to stay in. The kitchen was gorgeous and flowed right into the spacious living room and out to the back deck. The hammock in the back yard was rated 10 stars by my son. LOL! All the beds in the three bedrooms were SO comfortable, and all the bathrooms were clean and awesome looking (especially the one on the first floor which could be in a magazine, and so could the kitchen). Actually, the entire home was move in ready! I would definitely rent again and I highly recommend this place. Jen the owner, was very responsive in the entire rental process. Thank you Jen!

Perfect for a family getaway

This was our first family vacation in 9 years. I went to Brigantine every year as a kid and teen then life happened. The property was perfect for us (5 adults and 1 child)! The lagoon/cove area is nice as it’s close to the main shopping center and yet set back off any main roads. There were one or two noisy neighbors but nothing too bad, and likely other vacationers (one parked a large RV right behind the property we rented, which felt very weird to the point where we kept all the blinds closed). About the house: the main floor was perfect! All of us easily fit on the couch, plenty of dining chairs, the kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. The best thing about the property was 3 full bathrooms. That was a huge convenience and they were all beautiful and up to date. The 3 bedrooms were nice- our family especially enjoyed the master bedroom with views and a deck. We stayed in the queen room and overall enjoyed it but found the bed fairly uncomfortable (firm/bouncy) and the room fairly warm at night. The other rooms seemed pretty comfortable though and it was no real bother. The owner, Jennifer, was great and helpful throughout the booking process. It is evident she cares about guests comfort and enjoyment as there were tons of beach chairs, bikes, and other equipment for use. The back deck is beautiful. My older parents struggled a little bit with the front step being a bit steep, but we definitely managed. I would absolutely stay here again as it had all the comforts of home, well suited for a family, clean and beautifully updated, in a good location, great response from the owner, and overall an affordable accommodation in the best beach town in New Jersey. Thanks so much for allowing us to enjoy your property!

Great House

Everything was perfect in this house. It was immaculate when we arrived. All the appliances, furnishings and bathrooms were excellent. The deck in the back was very nice and we used the bbq twice for the meals we ate at home. Can't think of a single thing to criticize. We are experienced travelers and renters and this was probably the best house we have ever used.

Comfortable, Modern and Clean

Photos are accurate as everything is updated and modern. Rental came with everything you need for the beach, including use of bikes and kayaks. The owner Jen was very accommodating and we thank her for hosting our family.

Exactly what to expect

This home is completely remodeled and a great size. The owners are accessible and truly open their home to you. We took advantage of sharing their bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs and tent! We couldn’t have had a better experience!

Exceeded our expectations!!!

We stayed June 27th through July 4th and had a wonderful vacation. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The house has been totally renovated with a beautiful kitchen (all new appliances), hardwood floors and all new bathrooms.. The house is very spacious and also has a great private deck out back with multiple tables, lounge chairs and a new BBQ. The owners were very responsive & friendly...I would definitely stay at this property again!!!
