Great location !!! Cozy apartment, very well equipped, barbecue on the balcony, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms, kitchen utensils complete with microwave, blender, electric pan, burger.
Nice family atmosphere, very wonderful, balcony overlooking pool.
Located 800mts from Itaguá mall and beach, near the best bars, restaurants, Ubatuba Aquarium, two blocks from the Tamar project.

Foram dias muito agradável, num apartamento super aconchegante, extremamente limpo e organizado, nenhuma reclamação a fazer, tudo do jeito que eu gosto, perto da rodovia pra acesso as melhores praias, próximo ao centro pra passeio noturno, ponto estratégico pros melhores mercados, enfim, volto em breve, e os proprietários são uns amores, adorei!
