We had a great stay over Christmas and enjoyed BBQs on the deck each day. The position is also great with easy walking access to culburra and werrain beaches.

Thank you David for our lovely stay at your beach cottage we enjoyed ourselves immensely very relaxing and the cottage has everything you need . The local birds were so entertaining and the beach is so close we couldnt ask for more

We loved everything about our stay. Such a great cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is really clean and in good condition. We loved being able to sit on the front porch and watch the world go by.The property is close to the beach without being on the main road. The lake is also nearby and absolutely beautiful at sunset. Culburra Beach and surrounds is a special spot. We were sad to leave and cannot wait to return and explore the area further. The hosts are warm and generous and made my family and dog feel very welcome.

Great little get away

Loved our stay. Even though the weather wasn’t great we had a great time relaxing on the deck. So close to the beach to enjoy when the rain stopped. Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely original beach house. 2 min walk to beautiful Culburra Beach. Our little dog loved it and the teenagers too!

Great location - especially if you have a furry friend with you who loves the beach! Great house for kids and dog friendly which is great. Such a relaxing place to visit!

Wonderful trip

Great place to stay, moments from the beach. We had three kids and three adults in the house. Culburra beach is great for the kids.

Hi Erin thanks for taking the time to review our property. Yes the bathroom has original fixtures bath and sink both in great condition hence why they havnt been replaced. The bath is deep and relaxing and keeps our regular clientele returning year after year. We have elected to keep some nostalga in the house. The house was built in 1947 as stated in our listing "Culburra original". Each room is represented in photos that are true to the house. While the property is old the care taken in restoration of our family home has been done in such a way that it keeps the original feel of a beach side holiday house with modern convenience. All new appliances less than 3 years old. New roof 3 weeks old. Polished original hardwood floors through out living spaces. Ample sound system with google connectivity for av systems. All new bedding and pillows, Indoor out door dining and fully enclosed back yard for the fury members of families which we fully encourage our guest to bring on their holiday. The house is repainted yearly. While we are happy you loved the area we find your 3 star review to be somewhat perplexing due to the multiple 5 star reviews praising the property along with Stays premium host certification. We take all feedback with an aim to improve our guests experiences.
