We’re COVID-19 prepared for your Taupo Vacation!
Our holiday homes are cleaned to the highest standards between guests. We use commercial grade disinfectant to wipe every surface and touch point in all of our holiday homes. From light switches to door handles, benches to bathrooms, they are all cleaned thoroughly and we encourage the guests to clean as well during their stay!
The house is suitable for families travelling together not for parties. Can sleep 4 guests.
One bedroom with two single beds and a king bed in the lounge. Lovely views of Lake Taupo and Mt Tauhara. Has everything a small family would need for a nice break in Taupo. Open living area with full kitchen including stove, fridge, dish washer, dining table, couch and a king bed. The bathroom has a shower,toilet and a washing machine.
Comfortable one bedroom unit with full amenities a big house could have. Amazing views of the lake, Taupo and the Mt Tauhara.

The loft is located above the garage of the main house with its own separate entrance and parking area. The guests will have to climb the internal steps to get to the house. It can booked together with the main house only on request and recommended for families travelling together
PARTIES ARE FORBIDDEN AND WE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR PARTIES AND NOISE.

Fab location

Property is exactly as in the photos and description, which is always a relief! Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely quiet location just a few mins drive from centre of Taupo.

Definitely NOT a two bedroom aptmt as king size bed in the lounge takes up all that space. People staying in attached house open/closed garage door constantly from 6am onwards which is directly below the loft apartment and the garage is not sound proof! Very noisy! Good selection of kitchen amenities and tools etc but no tea towel! And lovely shower and bathroom 😊

Secret Hideaway

The location is so secret we couldn't find it and couldn't access the booking using my phone to find the address. Fluked finding a number for Bookabach and got the help we needed. ie the address and a pin for the door lock. However, once there the apartment is beautifully clean, still very new and well appointed.

Great little place to stay

Very tidy studio with good amenities only 10 minutes drive from town. The studio is kept very clean and seemed quite new. The bedroom setup is a little unusual with queen bed in lounge and 2 singles in the bedroom. Overall lovely stay in Taupo at a very reasonable price.

The view is nice but I wouldn’t say “jaw dropping”

The place was very nice, modern, clean. Easy to get to and comfortable. The view of the lake is nice but not jaw dropping since you have to look past rows of houses to see the lake. Would definitely stay again though.

Great lake views

We arrived at night, and the unit was welcoming and warm. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Can i suggest some new pillows please? While the pillow cases and protective covers were good, the pillows themselves had seen better days and were flat and/or a bit lumpy in one instance. I would also suggest the tatty plastic table cloth be updated. Thank you for having us, your unit was just right for the three of us. Kind regards, Kaylene Young

Pretty good, only negative thing was thd blood on the walls was abit disgusting and 1 of the neighbour's kept signing their you tube on the TV to the point there was no point trying to watch TV. But overall s lovely place

I am married to an identical twin, have an identical grandmother twin and we have 5 year old twins boy and a girl. My husband is great stay home dad and he will be your main host. He loves outdoors and is a typical kiwi boy. I work full time at the local hospital as a medical laboratory scientist.
We like to give our guests space but if they need us we make ourselves available as Greg has free time when kids are at school. We love to interact with people and make everyone feel valued. Be honest with your visit to Taupo as it will help us host you to our best ability as we have 4 properties to choose from and we will advise you accordingly by helping you choose the property suitable for your needs.All four places are unique and of top notch. We pride ourselves in excellent hospitality. Come and enjoy our lovely homes and take good memories with you

Why they chose this property

Smell new, jaw dropping views, compact yet functional with all the amenities of a big family. Its not an ordinary loft place. Its a full house with a full sized kitchen including a normal fridge, stove with an oven, dish washer and a big fridge plus a washing machine. The views of Taupo will blow you away, its haven once you get up with the internal stairs.
