Fully air-conditioned, the "Belvédère du Moulin" comprises two parts (the price indicated is for the totality of the 2 duplexes):


- Upper part Le Belvedere du Moulin itself: the panoramic vegetated and flowered terrace includes a living room and a large table for more than 10 people, as well as a plancha, a hob and a sink. It overcomes the living room and the dining room with American kitchen, all with sea view. Below is the parental suite with bathroom and a twin bedroom with shower room.

-First levels Le "Pichot du Moulin": a living room - dining room with American kitchen, a bedroom with 2 beds with a shower room. Below, a charming master suite with a Bormes stone wall equipped with a bathroom. It adjoins a large laundry room equipped with two washing machines, a dryer and a sink, in which you can store your belongings when you return from the beach.

These two parts, which house 4 bedrooms all equipped with a bathroom or shower room, are connected by an outside staircase and have independent entrances. A sofa bed is also available in the downstairs living room.

3 HD televisions (TNT + Google TV Chromecast 2022 + Satellite (On 2 TVs) Astra 19.2 E

The free 500 Mbit WiFi covers 100% of the house and the terrace. Internet radio tuner. A computer, a USB C docking station and a 22-inch screen for your PC or MAC and a color laser printer are at your disposal (practical for printing your tickets).

You can park in the nearby streets or in the large free public car park located 300m away.

The pedestrian village of Bormes will be the wonderful playground for your children.

Ideally located near the 18-hole golf course of Valcros and 35 km from Ramatuelle and Saint Tropez.

Between Marseille at 100 km and Cannes at 130 km, Nice at 150 km, Monaco at 170 km.

The nearest international airports are Marseille, Toulon and Nice.

Right next to Le Lavandou with its bars, restaurants, nightlife and shops.

Estagnol beach with its magical restaurant located under the pines behind the dune.

Spring break get away

We had an absolute dream of a week in Bormes les Mimosa and much of that dream was due to this gorgeous home. It was impeccably clean, fresh, bright and airy. We had amble space and the kids loved being in the downstairs apartment while my husband and I had a bit of peace and quiet in the upstairs apartment. The rooftop garden area was the gathering spot of choice - the view is breath taking. Check in was perfect, everything we needed in the kitchen we found easily and quickly. Five stars!!

The property was great apart from the leaking roof above the kitchen which we spent the first half of the week mopping up (maybe 0.25l of water per day). Apart from that everything was five stars.

Un séjour dans un cadre magnifique dans le vieux village de bormes, avec terrasse sur le toit, à deux pas des marches sans être incommodé par le bruit, et avec vue sur la mer. Tolle Unterkunft mit herrlichem Weitblick

Die Unterkunft ist modern und schön möbliert. Die Dachterrasse ist top und bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht. Die Erreichbarkeit des Hauses am Anreisetag war etwas schwierig, dafür wurden wir Zaungäste einer royalen Märchenhochzeit mitten im Dorfzentrum. Wir erlebten eine sehr erholsame Woche in Bormes!

Great view, but not made for 7 adults

The view from the terrace is amazing and the villa has a good placement in the little village. The kitchen has what is needed to cook. We ended up doing that almost all days. The bed situation is not made for 7 adults, the rooms where the bed draws out to two beds are not comfortable enough. Would be fine for one adult otherwise these need an update, The pictures are taken in a very favorable way and looks better than the reality.

Es war alles bestens. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten ohne das Schlafzimmer mit dem Felsen. In dem Raum war die Luftfeuchtigkeit so hoch das alles in dem Raum feucht war( Kleidung, Bettwäsche). In diesem Raum muss ein Gerät auf gestellt werden das die Luftfeuchtigkeit senkt. So etwas geht auch über die Klimaanlage.

Un séjour de rêve

Situé dans l'un des plus beaux villages de France, cet ancien moulin entièrement rénové combine le charme fou d'une ancienne maison de village avec le confort d'une maison moderne, lumineuse et connectée (la WIFI est excellente). La terrasse sur le toit donne une vue exceptionnelle sur les alentours et notamment sur la mer. Quant à Alexandre, le propriétaire, il est aux petits soins et très arrangeant pour ses locataires, tout autant que Caroline, la gouvernante, qui nous a accueillis avec sourire, gentillesse et son délicieux accent du midi.

Das Topevent bei dem Haus ist die Dachterasse mit einem fantastischen Blick auf die Bucht

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, alles super sauber und sehr komplett Eingerichtet - es gibt sogar einen Weinkühlschrank. Alles ist technisch auf einem relativ neuen Stand, man kann sich allerdings in dem Multimedia ein wenig verfangen bis man die diversen Optionen verstanden hat. Das absolute Highlight des Hauses ist neben der Lage im alten Dorfkern die Dachterasse mit 55 m2 auf der man genüsslich essen, kochen und faulenzen kann und dabei einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer hat. Was man allerdings wissen sollte, ist das es bei dem Haus um zwei Appartements handelt, die über eine Außentreppe verbunden sind. Als verhältnismäßig kleiner Nachteil kann man nur aufführen das das Haus hellhörig ist und das das untere Appartement relativ wenig Licht hat- was aber im Sommer den Vorteil bringt dass man dort kühlere Räume hat. Das Leben spielt sich daher viel mehr im 4. Geschoss (gut ausgestattete Küche und Wohnzimmer) sowie auf der Dachterasse ab.
