The entire interior of this gorgeous townhouse has just been painted, deep cleaned, and ready for you! It is completely furnished, including a large, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Hardwood throughout the house; Flat screen TV and ceiling fan in all bedrooms; Cable TV and free WiFi; Large front and rear decks with lounge chairs and tables, community pool, fitness center, and plenty of parking spaces! First floor: Bedroom Queen size bed and full bathroom. Second floor: queen sleep sofa, 1/2 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with 3 bar stools and 6 seating dining area. Third Floor: Master bedroom -King-size bed, walk-in closet, and full bathroom. 2nd bedroom -(2) singles bed, 3rd bedroom - queen bed. Full bathroom and laundry closet in the hallway. The garage-turned game room includes a foosball, dart board, ping pong table, and seating area with a flat-screen TV.

Convenient & quick access to the inlet and all the downtown & West OC attractions. Walkout to community swimming pool and fitness center, outlet shopping, fishing and restaurants such as Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Starbucks, Hoopers Restaurant (Hoopers also offer water sports including jet ski and boat rental), Sakura, Panera Bread, Dunkin Donuts, Outback Steakhouse, or dine in one of the many nearby restaurants frequented by locals. It's near the infamous Ocean City beach and boardwalk and the relaxing Assateague Island, a dreamy vacation getaway to be shared with families or a group of friends!

**COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES INCLUDE ANTIBACTERIAL SOAP IN THE KITCHEN AND ALL BATHROOMS AND FULL HOUSE DISINFECTION AFTER EACH STAY. WE ARE STILL PROVIDING CLEAN BED SHEETS, PILLOW COVERS, AND TWO ROLLS OF TOILET PAPER, BUT WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR OWN BEDDING! NO TOWELS ARE PROVIDED!!

There is a gas grill on the patio. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank and cleaning up after themselves. Please use with care and caution. DO NOT MOVE THE GRILL FROM THE PATIO.

Ocean City townhouse

We enjoyed our stay at this Ocean City townhouse! It was clean, the kitchen was a nice size, and there was plenty of room for everyone to have some privacy. We appreciated the washer and dryer, large closets, and the double decks. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and a short drive to other locations like the grocery store. Something I would like to have seen is a house binder with organized information, like recommendations for the area and information for the house (expectations before leaving). Otherwise, I highly recommend this townhouse!
