Sun Peaks resort in the beautiful mountains of British Columbia is an unbeatable destination for your next outdoor family experience in winter or summer.
How would you like to stay in a brand new townhouse in a new development in Sun Peaks? Echo Landing #12 is such a place full of new features/amenities. Ski-in and Ski-out! To Ski-out you only need to cross the street and ski down towards the Orient Chairlift and Morrissey's Chairlift.
Echo Landing #12 is a 3-level open concept townhouse and has all the luxuries to make this a truly memorable vacation experience. Relax in the living room in front of the fire watching the large flat screen TV that is connected to a soundbar, which allows it to be used as stereo if you would like to listen to music. The flat screen TVs are 4K smart TV's and are connected to the Wi-Fi which allows the guest to connect to their personal accounts like Netflix or Amazon prime etc. The spacious kitchen has all new appliances/amenities for all your cooking and baking needs. You can eat at the dining room table, the kitchen table or on bar stools at the large kitchen island.
There are 3 bedrooms in this unit. The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and an ensuite. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom, a twin/double bunk bed in the third bedroom, and the living room has a queen sofa bed.
No need to over pack as there is a private washer/dryer for doing laundry. Feel free to bring your dog to enjoy Sun Peaks with you as this is a dog friendly unit. Your family will have their own private hot tub to enjoy at any time. There is a barbeque available to give you more flexibility with meal planning.
The townhouse is 1565 sq. ft., can sleep a maximum of 8 guests.
Sun Peaks Resort is not just for skiing as there is Nordic skiing (37 km of groomed trails), snowshoeing, ice skating, tube park, sleigh rides and many other activities in the winter. The summer heats up with golf, mountain biking, hiking, horseback rides and a weekly farmers market.

Great spot - lots of room and very new

We had a great time at this property. Lots of room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. We originally picked this property because it was dog friendly but we didn’t end up bringing our dog. Would definitely stay here again with or without the dog.

Great experience

A great experience overall! We really enjoyed the open concept of the main floor - made for a spacious area to gather. The beds were comfortable - it is too bad that so many Vrbo's only have queen beds, but that's a first world problem. Could use some more comfortable couches - especially for movie or hockey watching nights, but otherwise, a very nice townhouse. Be prepared to walk stairs! It didn't bother us, but for anyone with any kind of mobility issues, be aware.

Sun Peaks Family Vacation

We had a great time visiting Sun Peaks, snow conditions were great. The condo was roomy and easily fit 6 adults and a dog. Pet friendly was a bonus. The beds were comfortable, seating downstairs was great. One couch getting a little long in the tooth.Regarding the ski in/ski out, this condo doesn't really qualify. You need to walk to the end of the complex to reach the ski out, then walk down to the road, cross the road put your board/skis on and skate a bit to get down to the Orient. Definitely, not what I consider ski-out.Ski-in is a long ski-out not great for boarders, then you have to remove your skis and walk about 1/2 block to get to your unit. Poor design on Sun Peaks part with regards to ski-ways.Skiing was great, though, so all good.

Great place

Had a great weekend here. Scored 4 for 3 reasons…listing should state that there are 2 significant staircases. The first being from the garage to the living area…yes, you need to cart all your stuff up many steps on arrival. We reported that the bathroom flooring was reading 32degrees but no one seemed worried - at least no one came to investigate that we were aware of. And lastly, I don’t really like having to send my DL info over the net for check in. Other than these 3 things it was perfect. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect for our group of 6 albeit, Costly in ski season! Please add a proper muffin tin to supplies and sharpen knives. Otherwise well equipped.
