This property is amazing.
Our crew thoroughly enjoyed out stay here!
This property had all the kitchen utilities needed for our crew to cook up huge meals with ease.
It is a five minute walk and a one minute drive to Beach 5 in Venus Bay, one of the most picturesque beaches on the Victorian coast!
The neighbours are lovely and the backyard allows for plenty of space to kick a ball around.
The BBQ works a treat and there were plenty of extra blankets for the cold nights.
Overall, we couldn't be happier with this BnB and we will definitely have to book here again.
We loved our stay. Great location. Needs to be a little cleaner. Bbq was to greasy to use, which was a big disappointment. The place just needs some love and it would be great.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the beach house. It’s a great house for either one big family or two small families. We swam at the patrolled beach and had lots of beach and nature walks closer to the house. Had dinner at The Cavity (they have a courtesy bus!) We had day trips to The Prom, Fish Creek and Inverloch.

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
House mediocre, area great.
Spent first 2 hours after check-in cleaning and airing the house so we could move our own things in. Called to let the property managers know, they apologised and thought the house was missed by new cleaners. Would find out what happened and call me back. No one did. The house is older and in need of some slight repairs. The bunk beds are hard to get up on as two of them don’t have steps, just a rail half way between lower and upper bunk. The mattresses are stained and have seen better days. Otherwise area is ok. Beaches are great. Close to fishing spots.
Bring your own drinking water as the area is Tank-water only. Be prepared for short showers.
friendly staff. negative point is no wifi, good short stay home.
the suggestion needs a little more cleaning bedroom 'under the bed' spider net, otherwise, we were happy good friendly staff, good location. certainly, we will consider coming again.
