2 bed 2 bath South Facing apt with Amazing Views of the Pool & Golf Course

This 2 bed 2 bath apartment is located on the Villamartin Golf complex with all amenities at your finger tips, no need for a car as all is here! The apartment is large & fully air conditioned. On entering you have a spacious living room / dining area to suit all with full UK TV package, Blu-ray DVD Player & Pioneer Midi HI-Fi System. Comfy sofas seating 4 to 5 and the balcony from the living room has beautiful views to the communal pool below as well the golf course. South facing you get the feel of the sun all day. The kitchen is fully fitted to service all needs on holiday or catering for any party you may wish to have. Both bedrooms have single beds which can also be put together if required making a king size. There is a family bathroom fully fitted and the master bedroom has the ensuite shower room. Although part of the Villamartin Golf complex you are far away from the activity but a one minute stroll away and there is a choice of over 40 restaurants and bars as well banks, a grocery store and a doctor surgery! Basically the perfect location for a holiday with the family or golf!

Just around the corner in the Villamartin Plaza there is a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. As well during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor

Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from, the largest shopping mall in Europe, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Villamartin Plaza with over 40 restaurants and bars to choose from, location location location!!!!

As with all In The Sun Holidays properties, a free starter pack of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, water and juice plus wine or sangria is included in your rental.

Great location near to a number of really good restaurants and very handy for all the local attractions. Very friendly host and the property has everything you could want. The welcome pack was also very welcome. Feels very secure and the laptop is really clean and enjoyed by our girls.

2023 lost keys golf tour

Good overall pictures advertised were not correct. The Bedroom pictures were not the ones shown. Great location.

The apartment was ok, in need of updating ,bath towels must of been at least 15 years old and extremely worn and faded. The bedding on the beds left a lot to be desired as was the quality of the beds provided. Very upset as we are in the 21st century and the cost of towels and bedding these days are exceptionally cheap, as are kitchen appliances. The fridge kettle, toaster all needs to replacing.A set of bedroom drawers fell apart after filling with a 4 year olds socks and pants. The bathrooms were in need of attention.The pictures of the pool area on the ad were beautiful and looked amazing, these however must of been taken many years ago as arriving into the pool area with a 4 and 6 year old, we were so upset as to what we actually saw. The grass was absolutely disgraceful ,filthy brown and worn, we had also came across cats faeces on 2 occasions in this area. The pool was filthy which totally spoiled our whole experience. On the ad it also stated that no car was required as all is here. Not true,the local supermarket was closed for the whole week we were there, the pool was closed one day as it needed cleaning due to lots of complaints, you couldnt get a bus or a taxi to go into town to buy shopping or visit the beach,this was told to me when i called the manager of the property to help with a local taxi informing me that this has always been a problem as was the cleaning of the pool. We had to hire a car and ask family to help with the costs. Do not recommend at all.

First Fiona, None of the initial points were obviously important enough as you were told on arrival, ANY PROBLEMS TO CONTACT US, YOU NEVER DID! For your information, all of our laundry is newly refurbished annually and professionally laundered. The apartment is exactly as per the photos so how can you complain about that? Basically some things that had nothing to do with the apartment upset you so you just take it all out on the apartment itself! As for the pool etc, Yes I will take up with the powers that be as it is in disrepair. As for needing a car, no you do not. Again not the apt owners fault that taxis were hard to get as well buses. I would have happily welcomed you back but I believe a hotel would be better for you. Thanks anyway

Bra boende när allt utom stranden o bad

Hej .Vi tyckte att det var väldigt dåligt städat när vi anlände på eftermiddagen .Det är ju inte så trevligt att börja städa när man flyttar in .Dessutom då att få betala för städning efter oss va ju inte vad vi hade tänkt . Som tur var var vädret bra C.Nilsson

Excelente alojamiento

Excelente alojamiento para pasar unos días de vacaciones en familia. Apartamento tal cual las fotos. Zona tranquila para descansar. Tiendas y restaurantes en la misma urbanización y a 10 minutos Centro Comercial y playa. Gran detalle de ponernos canales en español. Recomendable. Para repetir.

Buen apartamento y urbanización. Piscina grande.Amplio y trato muy correcto. Muchos utensilios de cocina, muchos detalles de bienvenida y productos de limpieza. A 5 minutos de las playas. Muy fresco el apartamento con ventiladores y aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. Solo una crítica constructiva:faltan canales de tv españoles. Apartamento recomendable ,anfitrión atento! As well on arrival you were told that ANY problem to contact us immediately and it would be rectified immediately, YOU NEVER CONTACTED. So I assume this was not an issue? Villamartin apartment

Property clean and well maintained,excellent position and location,with its south facing aspect.as I'm recovering from a stroke,the lift was a great help.would recommend this apartment highly Just one observation not a criticism, would like to have had a hand rail going into shower,either inside or just as you go in.
