Cedar's Visit

We booked the Penthouse to be close to Cedar Sinai for the after care of my sister's procedure. It worked out great, it's in a great location. We were able to walk to/from her appointments at the hospital. There were several restaurants we walked to, all within a few blocks, including The Ivy and The Henry. Beverly Center is just down the street. The apartment was very clean and well supplied. Layan was very responsive, she was a delight to work with. We'd definitely come back again.

Why they chose this property

Our front facing top floor/penthouse unit, with its natural light, overlooks a quiet street lined with breathtaking Jacaranda trees.

Our unit features a Master Bedroom that has a private en-suite bathroom, with a beautiful marble bathtub and separate large shower. The Master includes an incredibly comfortable Cal King bed and spacious walk-in closet. The Second Bedroom has two Twin beds and a generous closet, with the second bathroom next door.

The living spaces have hardwood floors throughout and both bedrooms are carpeted. The living room boasts a limestone fireplace and private balcony/patio area. The custom kitchen features stainless steel appliances and limestone floors that overlook a bright dining area. A stackable washer/dryer is also included in the unit.

What makes this property unique

The unit comes with two underground tandem parking spots in a security controlled building.

The building, which is equipped with security cameras, also has a gym with brand new equipment and community balconies.

You are truly in the center of everything at this relaxing home away from home!
