Annette, we are so glad that you enjoyed your stay at Mackinac Vista. Surrounded by national forest on one side and Lake Huron on the other, it sleeps 10 - 14 and is dog friendly. It is a true custom log cabin with a gorgeous dual sided stone fire place. There is also a fire pit for evening conversations.

We had a lovely stay with our family of 8 and our pup. The lakefront location was wonderful (don’t miss out on the beautiful sunsets and excellent late night star gazing) and the cabin had all the amenities we needed. The cabin was a bit difficult to find at night if you’re driving in for the first time. The location was great and not too far away from the neighboring cities. Thanks for allowing our family to stay, we would surely come back!

Home is wonderful! It was a bit dusty and we wished there was more seating outside by the water than a small wooden swing, but otherwise it was quiet and nice.
