This canal-side home is perfect for boaters and fans of watersports, with easy access to scuba diving, snorkeling, and sport fishing! Back on dry land, you can enjoy a few rounds at the Key Colony Beach Golf Course, or visit the private beach or the local Cabana Club.

Island-themed decor and cozy furniture invite guests to get nice and comfortable on the living room's leather couches. Flip on the flatscreen cable TV and enjoy your favorite DVD, or use the stereo for some light background music.

Modern appliances and cookware make the kitchen a great space for meal prep! Guests can chow down at the indoor table for six, nearby breakfast bar, or outdoor balcony by the gas grill. Don't forget to cook up the catch of the day from the bait freezer downstairs!

Three bedrooms provide plenty of space for you and up to five other guests, with queen beds in the master suite and guest bedroom and two twins in the third room for kids. The master suite provides a private balcony that overlooks the canal.

The Cabana Club close by lets you swim and lounge by the pool, while fishing and swimming right from the private dock is also an option. If you'd like to go a bit further afield, the Dolphin Research Center lets kids get an up-close look at friendly sea life just a few miles to the north. Treat yourself to a beach day, or have a romantic day of horseback riding at Curry Hammock State Park three miles to the north.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
