Property was nice. Needs some maintenance in some areas. Decor was nicely done.Lots of charging ports for electronics. Property listed coin laundry but machines were out of service and the laundry area was terrible. If you do not want people to put towels and wet items on the railings, then an alternative option should be available.Beach access was restricted for two days but was not told of beach restoration work before arriving. Poor communication as this matters because for two days all you could hear and see were bulldozers and heavy equipment.Property has a drainage problem in garage. Got in on Wednesday lots of big puddles of water. Luggage cart area was full of water and still had water on checkout on Sunday.Pool area was nice and there is a restaurant on site to get the basics. Hard to give an opinion of the beach with all the equipment and pipelines which i heard is going to continue thru August. Why would a city approve such a big project in the middle of summer? I am assuming people complained because it seems a little better effort was made to give more access to the beach to ease the crowding. Too bad it happened the day before I was leaving

The beach project is managed externally, and building management is aware of the garage drainage concerns following heavy rain. Although these matters are outside the unit owner’s direct control, we’ll communicate known disruptions more clearly and review the condo for any maintenance items needing attention. Visiting Myrtle Beach to celebrate our granddaughters graduation from Coastal Carolina. Place was perfect, beautiful location, and check-in could not have been easier. So happy to have found this home for the week.

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at this location. We were within minutes of great restaurants and family attractions while also feeling secluded. The owner was so friendly and left us the sweetest welcome gifts. The balcony view was gorgeous and we were within steps of the beach.

The stay was great ! The extras left for us were amazing. Shower had left over sand in it as if it hadn’t been cleaned prior to us arriving. The balcony offered little privacy to enjoy a cup of coffee and sitting on the couch only to look up and see neighbors looking in . But over all great place

Our cleaner wasn’t aware it hadn’t drained fully, and we apologize for that oversight. We wish you had let us know during your stay, Gwen would have been more than happy to come by and re-clean it promptly.Regarding the balcony, we understand that privacy may be a concern in a 16-story building. The photos do show the proximity to the neighboring balcony, but we will keep your comments in mind for any future updates to the layout. Fortunately, the neighbors live there full-time and only occasionally use their balcony, mostly when watering plants.We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience. Amazing view and much more

Wonderful accommodations with everything you need and then some. We arrived to a beautiful view, fresh flowers, a bottle of wine and snacks. There are beach chairs provided with a beach umbrella. The place really felt like home. The best by far of any accommodations we have stayed in and looking forward to returning.

Beautiful condo with a great view

My husband and I came for a 5 night stay over spring break. It was peaceful and you can’t get closer to the ocean. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.
