Beautiful, Relaxing Place with a Spectacular View

This was our first rental experience and we couldn’t be happier. The condo is right on the beach so it’s just an elevator ride down to the ocean. The amenities made it feel homey and comfortable. The view was incredible- watching the sunrise is a must. Cheri was a great host, and we’ll definitely be back.

Exceptional oceanside property

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this oceanside property. The owner of the condo was very efficient and contacted us prior to arrival, with instructions for entry. We were very impressed with the decorations in the condo. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook and eat, from beautiful dishes. The condo is equipped with toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, soap and super absorbent towels. Everything had been thought through to make guests comfortable. The view from the condo is amazing, as it is on the 15th floor. Royal Garden Resort, where the condo is located, keeps the property clean and they are conscientious with security in the parking area. We highly recommend this property and thank you to Cheri for making the experience memorable, as we were celebrating our 54th anniversary.

The perfect getaway!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this beautiful, well equipped condo. The view from the 15th floor balcony was breathtaking. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool and the poolside restaurant The Salty Pickle. The resort itself was filled with friendly people and was well maintained and clean. Cheri was a pleasure to rent from and even had our unit ready prior to check in time. We will definitely be back. Thanks for everything Cheri!!

Safe, Comfortable & Quiet

This condo was miraculous! The owner isn't lying about having the perfect spot for a sunrise view. I came here on a girls trip in March & we felt safe / comfortable the whole time. The condo was clean when we checked in, and even though it only has one bedroom it still feels very roomy & we had everything we needed- extra pull out couch, kitchen utensils, coffee maker,, etc. I think this is going to be my go-to rental for when I visit the Myrtle area. Pro tip: The salty pickle is not your average hotel snack bar. I'd recommend trying a mixed drink or pizza from there. We also were able to walk to Conch Cafe from the condo which was a huge plus. 😀 Plenty of grocery stores & gas stations close by.

The mattresses were worn out and not comfortable. Dishwasher was not installed properly so it moved from under countertop. Rugs in the condo not clean. Bedsheets for sofa bed were ripped & blankets not washed & smelled dirty. Only 4 bath towels and bedroom ceiling had some mold

We had a great time in this condo. It was clean, well stocked kitchen with different coffee choices which was great. The view was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. It was decorated really pretty and the host was awesome because she reached out to me to let me know that if we needed anything she was just a phone call away. I would definitely stay here again. Highly satisfied.
