Great general location. Easy access to our activities and nice view over a golf course and green way. Condo was nice but a bit worn and not super clean. a variety of mismatched pots, pans, dishes and left over items from other renters cluttered the kitchen cupboards.
This property is in a great location to visit Old Town as well as the museums in the area. The condo is small, but everything one needs is provided. We really enjoyed watching the golfers on the par three from our deck.
We loved our stay in Scottsdale. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our stay. The kitchen was awesome and fully stocked! We loved the balcony as it gave us a view of the golfers coming through and of course the best sunsets ever! We spent every morning and every evening out there. The golf course was a lot of fun and many restaurants were within walking distance. The park system for walking was fabulous. We had so much fun we have booked again in May!

A fabulous rental!
When the water heater in my house broke and damaged part of my house, I had to live in temporary housing until repairs were completed. I lived in this rental for three months and enjoyed this stay. The condo had everything: linen, kitchen cooking spices, equipment, comfortable bed and couch, and a wonderful balcony view of the Continental Golf Course, Indian Bend Wash and Camelback Mountain. And the Owner is very respinsive to phone calls. I would recommend this place for a short or long stay.
Scottsdale Condo Retreat: Scenic, Serene, and Perfectly LocatedI recently retired and chose to spend a month in Scottsdale to be near my son who lives there. This condo turned out to be the perfect home base—nestled right along the Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt, with stunning views of the golf course and Camelback Mountain. The location couldn’t have been better: peaceful, picturesque, and just a short walk to my son’s place via the Greenbelt, which winds through 11 miles of parks, lakes, trails, and golf courses. Each morning, I enjoyed walks, jogs, and even a bike ride along the path. It was always active with friendly people, yet never felt crowded—and I always felt completely safe. During my stay, two major storms rolled through, and it was fascinating to watch the Wash transform as it filled with water, offering a completely different kind of beauty. The condo itself was exactly as described—well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I had a couple of minor issues during my visit, but the property manager responded quickly and professionally each time.I would absolutely stay here again on future visits to Scottsdale. Between the unbeatable location, the peaceful surroundings, and the thoughtful amenities, it truly felt like a home away from home.
We really loved this condo in Scottsdale ! It’s beautifully decorated and had everything could you need for a comfortable stay . There were plenty of dishes and pots and pans and a whole full spice rack. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioner and ceiling fans in all the rooms kept the condo cool despite temperatures in the 90s. It was conveniently located and close to shopping . Loved that it had a washer / dryer as we stayed 3 weeks . Great dedicated parking spots including one covered , shaded spot. The condo is on the third floor but we didn't find the stairs to be a problem. The communication with the property manager was excellent. Very easy check-in using the door code. Our very favorite thing was the balcony facing the golf course and sunsets . We enjoyed it everyday! Mornings for coffee and evening watching the sun go down , just so nice ! We hope to stay again when we are back in town !
Perfect for short stay but some things to know for longer stays
View from balcony with sunsets was outstanding. Best stocked VRBO property we have rented. When we arrived their was dish and laundry soap, trash bags, coffee, tea, tons of spices, cooking spray, oil &vinegar, tin foil, plastic wrap, baggies, etc. The owner even left us a bottle of wine. Loved hot tub and BBQ area. If we had only stayed for a week or less it would have been perfect. We stayed for 5 weeks and so there are a few things to know for longer stays. If you are working, there is no where to set up a work space except the dining table. My husband took one end and I took the other. So we had no table to eat on. The dishwasher needs to be replaced. You actually have to wash everything by hand if you want it to be clean. The owners get an A for trying to make the unit comfy. They even bought a brand new sofa. Unfortunately it was really uncomfortable. The master closet space was really not adequate for people coming for a long stay as it already had a lot stored in it and the other closet in the room was locked. There was only 1 small dresser. None of these things would have really registered with us if we had a short stay which is why I gave this rental the highest rating. The location on the bike trail made this a perfect spot for us.

Hi Michele, The owner appreciates you letting them know how they can give their guests an even better moving forward, and they wanted to share how they've acted on your feedback:
- We understand that people who stay a little longer may want a little more storage/closet space, so we've emptied out the closets and have put in more shelving
- Each room also has a decent size dresser with 4 deep drawers
- We are sorry to hear you did not like the couch. We chose it based on a combination of comfort, quality, durability, and reviews. We personally find it very comfortable, and we hope that our future guests will enjoy it as much as we do
- The dining table was set up to be a dining area and work station if needed. The table seats up to 6 people and provides room for at least 2 laptops while still leaving space to have lunch or dinner for 2-3 people
- We haven't heard any complaints about the dishwasher but will have it checked and replaced if needed
Thank you again for staying with us & for your review. We hope to welcome you back soon!
We are a senior couple from Canada looking to find a warm retreat after a long Canadian winter. This beautiful condo was our oasis for 10 days. Extra thought and care went into decorating and giving the unit a unique and vibrant feel. The unit had everything we needed to settle in and enjoy our stay. The complimentary wine and card from the helpful owners ensured us we were in good hands. The kitchen was well laid out and had all the utensils we needed to cook at home after a trip to Costco. Master bedroom was spacious and provided us a comfortable haven after long days of sightseeing. Finally, and most impressive, the views over the golf course featuring Camelback Mountain provided daily inspiration and lasting memories of gorgeous sunsets. Thanks for making our stay in Scottsdale everything we hoped it would be. Highly recommended.
Being practically a Scottsdale native now for 18 years, I can tell you it does not get better than this exact unit in Golfview’s condominium complex. The condo is perfectly situated on the very top 3rd floor (no one above) and it’s an end unit with an extra window in the bedroom, in addition to the balcony extending from the living room to the master bedroom, so that you have a giant view off sliding glass doors to one of the best and greenest holes on the golf course right from your bed. The natural light and views of trees, big blue sky, SUNSETS to die for and greenery out of both the bedroom balcony and window are just intoxicating! I never wanted to leave.
In addition to the incredible can’t-be-beat Scottsdale location, the unit is fully appointed with a completely stocked kitchen from counter to cabinets, exquisite marble counters in the kitchen and both bathrooms, the quintessential homey touches that separate it from a stark hotel room, not to mention the views beats any hotel room space in the valley. Both the owner and host were incredible for the stay when needed and leave you to total bliss and peace for the rest of it. The entire complex is quiet, serene and peaceful with the perfect amount of golfers excitedly yelling, to make it the creme de la creme Scottsdale getaway or staycation experience.

30 day stay
Disappointing at best. The wireless Bluetooth controller can not handle the data volume for just the TV; anytime you use your phone or computer, the bluetooth signal drops out, and you loose the TV, and other connections.
The Condo complex had multiple maintenance projects underway for most of the entire 30 days - walking on the roof, replacing cables, repairing bird control devices on the roof again. Multiple power outages during the stay. Water line issues caused water outages twice for periods of 6+ hours each time. The Condo Complex entrance was blocked for 3 weeks of our stay ( had to find a back way to get in ) . The entrance door lock is not readable to understand how to operate. You must touch the bottom left corner of the 10-key keypad, to engage the electrical system of the lock ( which of course is not in the bottom left corner of the lock unit- the bottom of the keypad is about 40% of the entire lock size from the bottom of the lock. ( hard to explain- somehow paint the outlines of the keypad with fluorescent lines). Water leaked from the dishwasher. Replace the remote control batteries on the room fan controllers - label the several switches that control the fans - power must be on, before the remotes work for the overhead fans.
It should be made clear that one must look into the ‘Welcome’ book to do any troubleshooting- and put the Welcome book on the dining table so it is readily visible.
The Bluetooth controller is the major issue. The tv does work for TV channels!!!! You must go to ‘guide’ on the tv controller, then choose a platform such as ‘Pluto TV’, or ‘Live TV’ first, before selecting a channel. The problem again is that there is nothing labeled to ‘turn on’ the Wi-Fi capabilities. The Bluetooth controller must be replaced with a much upgraded capable signal strength. The large TV requires too much data transfer ( so many pixels ) that it is almost impossible to watch anything without screen breakup, or repeat sequencing ( due to lack of Ram necessary to stream that many pixels).
Frustrating at best to relax at all due to construction or maintenance issues on a daily basis. Explain exactly where the #33 covered parking space is! It is across from the next building complex- about 60 feet south of the condo, and the uncovered parking space.
Good decor, nicely furnished, and with dishes etc. ( Not enough towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and zero bathmats ). Washer/dryer work well, as well as both showers having shampoo, body wash, and conditioner.
More specified written communication necessary. There are no Scottsdale Utility phone numbers listed to call for power and water outages. Where is the location of the swimming pool?? I never found it. Maybe a map of the Condo Complex, with a reference to the pool, and each of the 2 parking spaces would be helpful.
I will Never rent from an Evolve managed property again.
I travel to Scottsdale a lot. I stay in Scottsdale about 4 months annually, with stays’ lengths of between 3 days to 30 days each time. I also have owned rental properties since 1985. I have never written a bad review until now. Not the highlight of a lifetime!
Sincerely,

Hi Miles, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. While we always appreciate hearing from our guests, the homeowner would like to clarify the following points mentioned in your review:
- We have never experienced issues with Bluetooth or connecting multiple devices at the same time to the wifi. However, we did connect the smart TV and the ethernet cable directly to the router to avoid any potential wifi interruptions when streaming a movie.
- We apologize for the few construction projects that occurred during this month-long stay. Please understand this is beyond our control and these efforts are all necessary to maintain the integrity and safety of the roads and the condo complex. Unfortunately, there was also a power outage due to a monsoon that happened. Although this rarely occurs, it is possible. As an owner, we did recently register to receive automatic notifications when power outages occur in the area, so we can inform our future renters.
-The condo can be accessed from two different streets that are straightforward to find. Nevertheless, we are adding descriptions of alternative routes that guests can use to access our property to our pre-stay email/text.
- We have never had complaints regarding the keypad but have highlighted the important buttons on the keypad so that future guests do not share your experience.
- We immediately looked into your complaints regarding the dishwasher and did not find a leak. It has been working perfectly since.
- The remotes for the fans are working correctly and we've added some additional instructions to ensure that future guests do not run into problems with this.
- The welcome book is always set out on the dining room table with a bottle of wine upon arrival so that guests can have all the information they need to rest easy during their stay.
- Our TV is a "smart" TV, so one must log into a streaming service before watching anything. As is described on the listing, we do not have classic cable TV. However, in case guests do not have a streaming service, they are still able to watch more than 200 Pluto TV channels (including a lot of popular TV shows/channels, movies, news channels, kids shows, sports etc...). A quick TV user guide is included in the welcome book for easy access.
- The parking spots are clearly marked with white painted numbers against a black background on the curb. We also send out detailed instructions of the parking options the day before arrival.
- The home is always supplied with ample towels of any kind. There were 6 bath towels, 6 hand towels, and 8 washcloths stocked for this 1-person booking. We do not include bathmats in the bathroom as they are a tripping hazard but do include some underneath the bathroom sink should guests prefer to use them.
- Phone numbers of the utility companies we use as well as the internet provider are included in the welcome book. There is a description of the pool (with entry code) in the welcome book as well. The pool can also be seen from the patio.
- For the renter's convenience, the front door now has a one-page sheet summary of the most important contacts and "good to know" things.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
We enjoyed our stay here at Golfview. Great for sunsets! Nice to have a 2bed/2bath to spread out. Beds were comfortable and we were greeted with a bottle of wine. Plenty of dishes and glassware, and coffee beans and grinder. We also had the pool area to ourselves. Only small caveat was not enough comfortable seating for our family of 4 in living area to watch tv at night. Otherwise, the condo checked all boxes! Thanks for a nice place to stay while exploring Scottsdale!
Lovely condo with an amazing view of Saddleback Mountain!
We stayed at this lovely condo while dropping our son off at ASU. The condo was perfect, had everything we could ask for for a nice long weekend. All the amenities were taken care of and the property manager was very responsive to all of our requests. We will definitely stay here again!
We loved this place! The view of the golf course was spectacular as were the Scottsdale sunsets. The unit was very clean, very nicely decorated and VERY well stocked. The owners responded promptly when we had a question about using the TV. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants as well as the miles of walk/bike trails along the adjoining green belt and Continental Golf Course. The pool area had comfortable lounge chairs, lovely landscape and two nice gas grills.
