Experience premiere location paired with historic beauty in this newly presented luxury apartment perched right over St. George Street. This is truly the top location in town to enjoy all the history, culture, and dining experiences of the Old City. Live music, local food, and craft drinks are all steps from your front door which opens right onto the cobblestone street lined with restaurants and shops. In the afternoon and evening hours, your private full size balcony overlooks the hustle and bustle of people on St. George Street; in the quiet mornings, enjoy a cup of coffee over a picturesque view of the colorful street and foliage below. Walk to local historic churches, the old Ponce de Leon Hotel (now Flagler College), and the magnificent Castillo de San Marcos on the riverfront all just steps away! Park your car in the highly coveted private parking located just outside the back entrance to the apartment off Spanish Street. The other entrance is by stairs or elevator off the Spanish street parking area.
Luxe furnishings surround you inside this spacious 1600 sf apartment which features a large gourmet chef's kitchen. The fully-stocked kitchen has an oversized bar and is open to the dining and living areas. These areas together serve as a great gathering space and also open up to the balcony over St. George Street which extends the width of the apartment and is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the passers-by. Experience hardwood floors, high-end European style furniture with modern touches and lush color palette throughout the apartment, and fully involved cable TV in the spacious living area. The Master bedroom, with adjoining Master bath, is at the opposite, quieter end of the apartment facing Spanish Street. Between the Master and the living areas is a second bedroom with two twin beds, and a hall bath. Both bathrooms are outfitted with modern finishing, plush linens and sauna showers, and the Master bath also has a luxury 6 foot whirlpool bathtub with champagne bubbles. Rest well after a day of exploring in beds that are dressed with sumptuous all-cotton linens.
Guests can utilize two entrances to the apartment. The front entrance is directly off St. George Street with private stairs leading to a foyer. Both the outer and inner door have code locks for security. The other entrance is by the stairs off the Spanish Street parking and courtyard area behind the apartment.

Violations can result in a $500 fee. *Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances.

We've been to St. Augustine many times, usually staying in BnBs, but this was our favorite place so far. Very comfortable and well appointed, in the perfect location. We look forward to staying again soon.

I can only say that I have never had a better experience with a booking at any location, much less one that provides an excellent spot to explore the beautiful city of St Augustine. I highly recomend this rental and would definitely rebook it if the opportunity to visit this wonderful city again.

The apartment was exactly as pictured and very quiet - totally insulated from the hub-hub on St. George. The Historic District location could not be better - 100 steps to the Columbia and one and one-half blocks to Collage (which is undoubtedly the best romantic restaurant in the HD), three blooks to the fort and Flagler College, etc. Communication with the Host was was cordial and prompt. We will definitely return with friends. Overall a 10

Getting into the property was not a pleasant experience. Beyond anyone’s control there was a terrible thunderstorm right at 4pm walking around to the front in ankle deep water and getting splashed with a wall of water, would have been nice to check in at 3 to avoid all this. Fortunately we recovered from this and made it a great girls trip. The front balcony was a terrific asset to the property we felt safe and people watching is premier at this sight. 3 1/2 rolls of TP was Not enough and only 2 garbage bags is not enough. I’d definitely stay here again.
Our third time staying here. Location is amazing, bed is super comfy, very roomy and clean. Highly recommended!

This is our second time staying here & the location was PERFECT! Right in the heart of the historic area.It has everything you need & the staff are always there if you need any questions answered!
This is a lovely and well maintained apartment located directly on St. George St. it has a large kitchen with all the extras. The master bath is beautiful with a walk-in shower and a separate huge tub.

Beautiful, immaculate and large apartment at the center of all of the attractions. David, host, was very responsive with any inquiries. We took advantage of the "buy one, get one" trolley tour and took around 2x. The on/off stop is about 100' from apartment. Must go to booth across the way for validation/purchase and stickers. Luxurious master bath and lovely second bath. Washer and separate dryer were fantastic. Bring your own detergent. Oversized kitchen with all the appliances you would need. Comfortable king sized master bed. Unadvertised (but we used as a dumbwaiter) elevator at rear side/parking lot. We did not ride it, just used for luggage and personal items. One of us loaded downstairs and the other met upstairs to unload. We were very impressed at how comfortable we were! Air conditioning was spot-on and welcomed! Impressive and comfortable apartment!

Fantastic apartment in Old Town St Augustine
We stumbled upon this beautiful apartment for rent in old town St Augustine, and we were so glad we did !! We were in town for the nights of lights festival, and found out we were centrally located in the heart of it all. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and well appointed. It came fully furnished, with everything we needed, and much more. Our host was always available to quickly answer any questions we had. I highly recommend, this very clean and beautiful apartment !!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great condo!
We really enjoyed staying at this condo! Great location, spacious, clean, and well stocked. We very much appreciated the water filter at the kitchen sink (to get rid of the usual Florida sufur water taste) and the welcome pack. Very thoughtful and appreciated. The rental company is easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions I had. Definitely recommend!
