I stayed here for a week and really loved the location — it was convenient, quiet, and close to everything I needed. The space was clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax. My only small wish was for a slightly bigger TV and a few more cooking amenities in the kitchen to make meal prep a bit easier. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely consider coming back!

Nice little studio apartment

Clean, simple space for my wife and myself to enjoy a few days in the Newport area. Nothing fancy but just what we needed in a quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed the wildlife and rocky beaches of Sachuest Point 10 minutes away.

I was in town for a wedding and this was the perfect spot! Easy to get to, access instructions were clear and it’s a nice place to sleep. If I ever visit again, I’d love to stay here!

Location is great—less than 10 minutes drive from Newport beaches. Neighborhood is quiet and parking is easy. Room is overwhelmingly humid (even in late September) even with a dehumidifier running around the clock. Also would have appreciated more than two small towels for two guests spending three nights (two bath towels each, plus washcloths and hand towels would be nice).Generally, I’m just looking for a clean bed and shower and basic kitchen facilities. Overall, this room is serviceable, but a few simple, inexpensive changes would make a huge difference: an actual door with a lock (there’s only a slider), a doorknob on the bathroom, a shelf in the shower for your toiletries…Floor in the whole unit is tile and slippery, finishes are sloppy, and the humidity level was nearly unbearable. The location is within a few minutes drive of restaurants, groceries, and beaches, though, which was its biggest selling point. Bed was comfy (though sofa bed, of course, was not). Nice to have access to a washer and dryer. I also appreciated that the host was prompt in returning messages.

Great location. Easy access to everything in Newport & Middletown. Very quiet neighborhood. Peaceful

Property is very clean, however access to TV via firetv is very limited. Need sensor light outside so one can do combination for entry to studio at night. Need more lighting in bathroom. No face towels provided. Would stay there again but only for a short stay..
