We really enjoyed our family vacation stay here. The house was very clean and beautiful. Very easy to get around. Good restaurants near by. We had a fabulous dinner at Cesare one night. Host was wonderful to work with.

Perfect place to stay for a big family. Very spacious and upscale. The house already has a lot of things you may need for the beach/pool/kids. Short walk to the beach and the pool is nice.

Amazing. Place was ready and easy for our family to stay. Amenities were great and gist, Ryan, was very helpful and on point. Definitely recommend and we will hopefully be staying here again!

We had a great visit! The home was beautiful, welcoming and had everything we needed to make our visit amazing! Waking to the water view every day was soothing for our soul! Being close to the beach, shopping and restaurants made it even better! We highly recommend and would love to come back!

Beautiful home! The photos are accurate. Perfect location in Clearwater Beach area. Within short walking distance to beach and restaurants. Everything you need for a week stay is available in this fully furnished home. The views are spectaular from the three patios as well as from the inside of the home. Comfortable furnishings, use of garage, and bonus elevator was extremely useful. Would highly recommend this home!

This place was beautiful. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. So much space throughout the condo; two full living rooms to choose from (both of which we used), and spacious bedrooms; especially the fourth floor room! The balconies on each floor were the chef's kiss. We spent so much time on them, enjoying the beautiful scenery. Kitchen was huge and well appointed. The host was easygoing and communicated quickly over text, even offering to purchase beach chairs and have them shipped when I noticed there were none there. He ended up letting me purchase them at Surf Style and sending a partial refund to cover the cost!I highly recommend renting this condo--you will not regret it!

This property is beautiful and spacious. We took a multi generation trip with ages 2 to 67 and there was plenty of space to spread out. There were unexpected, but appreciated, child amenities like a high chair and baby gate. The elevator was a huge perk and worked great! We rented a car and a golf cart, both fit in the garage. We used the sand toys that were provided and they were a hit. We were within walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. Would happily stay again if in the area.

Graduation Trip

My husband and I took our granddaughter, her boyfriend, my daughter and son-in-law on my granddaughter’s graduation trip! This house is absolutely beautiful and VERY CLEAN! The views from all decks and patio are amazing! We did get to see a couple dolphins and seals in the canal from the deck while we were drinking coffee one morning! This is a great house!! You wont be disappointed!

Terrific spot near the beach and bars/restaurants/ice cream were within walking distance. Great water views. The place was clean and roomy with multiple balconies. The photos show the space accurately. Only concern would be going up multiple stairs to get to the bedrooms on the 3rd floor with luggage. Would return. Thank you!

If I could give this house ten stars I would. It’s absolutely spotless. The home is so beautiful. Every bedroom is simply a wow moment. My husband has impeccable standards and usually complains about something, he looked around this house and said “you picked a good one here”!The house has a community pool that looked lovely and quiet. The house had lots of pool / beach towels for our use, and well equipped for everything you need in the kitchen. Evenings we spent sat on the balcony overlooking the water, playing cards and spotting dolphins. It’s doesn’t get better than that. Look no further this is the house you want!

We had an excellent stay and couldn't have been happier with this property. The location was perfect—within walking distance to both the beach and several great restaurants, making it easy to enjoy everything Clearwater Beach has to offer. The home was even better than the pictures online and was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a group of seven people, and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Ryan was an outstanding host and went above and beyond when we couldn't find an iron and ironing board, quickly sending one over for us. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be back. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Clearwater Beach, look no further!
