This beautiful property is Palm Springs inspired living in the most sought after location in Blairgowrie. Its a short flat walk to the cafes/shops and front beach, so no need to hassle with finding a park during the busy summer months on the peninsula.

Newly renovated with everything in the house being brand new. It is a cosy house in a peaceful neighbourhood. Its perfect for a girls weekend or family holiday.

With both beautufil beaches and the stunning Red hill wineries on your doorstep, this property is an all year round destinatiom to enjoy.

Inside it is open plan living with Smart TV (Netflix, Youtube and Spotify) which you can stream using your smart devices.

The kitchen has brand new Fisher & Paykel fridge, oven and gas cooktop with a Bosch dishwasher.

Master bedroom features a queen size luxury bed with built in robe

2nd bedroom has a triple bunk (double on bottom and single on top) There is also a double mattress that can be pulled out but fills the room. This room also contains a built in robe

Brand new stunning bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower. There is also a handy little euro laundry which has a brand new Fisher & Paykal washer and separate dryer for your use

Outside there is an awesome deck with a brand new Weber BBQ and large 10 seater table. We ask that you clean the BBQ after you have finished using it, otherwise we will have to deduct $50 from your bond to pay for cleaning

We are a NO SMOKING house

We allow pets.

We have a 2 night minimum stay. This increases over summer and long weeekends so please message to discuss further

This is our little family holiday home as well, so we have included lots of lovely little touches and luxuries, so please appreciate it all and leave it as you found it, so hopefully you can come back to enjoy it all again

Lovely stay . Great location. Just a little suggestion. Maybe leave some spare batteries for the TV remote near the TV cabinet. Over all very cute. Would recommend . Very Dog friendly. Closed fence and sercurity. Cheers enjoyed the weekend.

A lovely place, back from the main drag so no traffic noise. Very well setup with all that you need - super comfy beds and a great soft lounge perfect for watching a movie (smart TV) after a big day out! Well situated for the bay and the back beaches..

Palm Springs beauty

Such a lovely house for our family of four to enjoy the Peninsula lifestyle. A short walk to the beach and shops and an easy trip into Sorrento made the location perfect for us. Whilst the property is small, it had everything we needed and we super clean and comfortable. Great communication from Barry meant we has a seamless arrival and stay overall. We hope to return soon.

Ideal property for a couple or small family. Immaculate cottage, very comfortable bed and stunning newly renovated bathroom. Very easy walk to Blairgowrie Village, just what we wanted for a quick and relaxing break. Owners/hosts Barry and Crissey great communicators. Would happily stay again.
