Beautiful house of 85 m2 in Saint Denis of Oleron, comfortable, fully equipped, with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) with a garden of 430 m2 . At 200 m from the market and all shops and services, bike trails, beaches and Port. Vacation rentals available all year round, including heating season.

DESCRIPTION
- Upstairs, the house is organized on a total area of 85 m2. The main room of 35 m2 consists of a living room and a kitchen with dining: * Living room: sofa, TV * Fully equipped kitchen and dining area: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker , refrigerator, ... At the entrance, a porch area gives you a place to relax further. A corridor leads to the bedrooms and bathroom * 3 bedrooms: 2 double and 1 with 2 single bed. On request a cot will be at your disposal. * A bathroom with shower and washbasin and WC.
- On the ground floor: a large garage is available with an additional laundry area (with washing machine) and a shower for beach outings.
- The Garden: Enjoy the garden to relax, play and family out to eat, garden furniture (table, chairs, deckchairs, parasol) and a barbecue are available. On the side of the house, more space will allow you to park another car or boat.

SITUATION
The house is easily accessible. Located at the entrance of the village, 200 m from the market and all shops (supermarket, bakery, press ...) and activities (restaurants, bars, events) of the marina. You have direct access to 50 m bike paths in all directions along the sea
Water activities and shuttles from the port of La Rochelle, Fort Boyard, Ile d'Aix.

- The Boirie with its mythical small beach huts monitored): Nice sandy beach ranked Blue Flag, sheltered from westerly winds. Its location is ideal for family swimming and sailing.
- The Huts: Accessible from the bike path (2 km), this beautiful windswept beach is very popular for surfing, kite-surfing, wind-surfing, body boarding ...
- Soubregeon: Beautiful sheltered beach near the municipal camping allows its location to admire the famous Aix and Fort Boyard Pertuis of Antioch, the Ile de Ré, Ile ... not to mention all the other beaches on the island, from La Bree, through Boyardville Cotinière, Greenwood ... to St Trojan ...

A perfect spring break

The house is ideally located: very close to the amazing town market with lots of fresh produce and to the beach. The accommodation is also comfortable with three bedrooms, enough space for the entire family and our dogs, lacking nothing in the kitchen and other amenities. It even comes with a few bicycles which we happily used! The hosts are very nice people, welcoming and helpful! Thank you!

Très bon séjour en famille

Séjour très agréable dans une jolie maison. Nous avons séjourné environ 10 jours en famille et avec un chien. La maison est à 2 pas du marché. La plage et le port bien qu'un peu plus loin, sont tout à fait accessibles à pied ou bien en vélo. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants. Compte tenu de la saison, nous avons en plus pu profiter des bonnes figues du jardin! Nous recommandons!

A part le fait qu’il faille monter des escaliers extérieurs pour arriver dans la maison, elle est très fonctionnelle et aménagée avec goût. Le jardin est très agréable. La proximité du village est un vrai atout.

Schöner, erholsamer Urlaub

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war schon im Vorfeld ganz unkompliziert und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Das hübsch eingerichtete Haus war für uns fast genau das Richtige. In unserer ersten Woche war das Wetter noch nicht so warm, so dass wir im Garten eher die sonnigen Stellen bevorzugt haben, was sich aber später änderte. Dann bot der große Feigenbaum viel Schatten und wir haben mehrmals dort gegessen. Die Liegen und die Gartenmöbel empfanden wir als bequem. Prima auch, dass das Grundstück vollständig abgeschlossen ist, so dass weder Kinder noch Hunde ausbüxen können. Da wir als Paar mit Hund reisten, bot das Haus viel Platz. Das Untergeschoss bietet neben einer Dusche, Waschmaschine und Bügelbrett ausreichend Platz für die vorhandenen Fahrräder und die mitgebrachten Wassersportgeräte. Es ist auch Sandspielzeug für kleine Kinder vorhanden, selbst ein Dreirad gibt es. Die Schlafräume sind durch eine Tür vom Wohnbereich getrennt, was uns gut gefallen hat. Die Betten, in denen wir geschlafen haben, waren weder zu weich noch zu hart. Am Esstisch im Küchenbereich haben wir kaum gesessen, da wir den wintergartenartigen Vorraum bevorzugten. Die Küche bietet wenig Arbeitsfläche, damit kann man sich aber arrangieren. Der Kühlschrank wäre vermutlich ohne Einbauschrank einfacher zu schließen. Wir hätten schon gerne W-LAN gehabt, aber es ging auch ohne. Erwähnenswert ist, dass Putzmittel, Putzlappen, Geschirrspülmittel, Toilettenpapier, Servietten, selbst Seife und Duschgel vorhanden waren. Die Betten waren bezogen und in der Küche gab es Geschirrtücher. Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach perfekt. Man kann zu Fuß zum täglichen Markt, zum Bäcker, zu einigen Restaurants im Ort und zum Strand. Dabei liegt es ruhig, so dass wir uns sehr gut erholt haben und einen sehr schönen Urlaub hatten. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder in dieses Haus, wenn unser Ziel die Île d'Oleron sein wird.

Nous avons passé 15 jours avec nos 3 enfants dans cette maison très agréable. Elle est vraiment en plein centre de St Denis, proche du marché et de la plage. Le vrai plus de la maison est le jardin clos et ombragé, relativement rare à Oléron en location. L’accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux et arrangeant. Nous avons utilisé les vélos à disposition, ce qui nous a permis cette année d’éviter d’en louer.

Maison très propre, chambres et literie ok, cuisine bien équipée mais....

Nous aurions été plus satisfaits si nous n'avions pas dû déboucher les wc avec une ventouse 2 à 3 fois par jour pendant une semaine : ce qui a été très désagréable. Les propriétaires nous ont assuré qu'ils allaient les faire réparer. Les chambres sont mieux que sur les photos, elles ont toutes des placards et une chambre est particulièrement agréable car elle est grande. La maison est proche des commerces. Quelques vélos sont à disposition au sous-sol : ils ne sont pas tous en bon état mais, si vous êtes mécano, c'est sympa et pratique.

Séjour agréable

Séjour agréable à St Denis d'Oléron. Maison située à proximité du marché , des commerces, et des restaurants. Pistes cyclables toutes proches. Propriétaire réactif suite à un désagrément de voisinage au cours de notre séjour : travaux de chantier, construction d'une maison, bétonnière... Soucieux de notre bien être, il nous a informés tout au long du séjour. A notre arrivée le ménage n'avait pas été réalisé correctement par les précédents locataires, M. Desormeau a fait un geste commercial (taxe de séjour) que nous avons apprécié.
