Sandollar C204 is a special second floor, beachfront, gulf front, CORNER UNIT, allowing for superior views of the beach and the lushly vegetated property from your screened in lanai, an extra wall of windows that give significantly more light, more ventilation and more views of the property than you would have in a middle unit, and an added back balcony which allows you to sneak away by yourself for a quiet read, a glimpse of a tennis match or a view of the pool without ever having to leave your home away from home.

Add to that, our beautiful and comfortably appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is located inside of one of Sanibel's premiere properties, recently given a Platinum rating and you can be assured you have found your special spot in Paradise!

With only 34 units spread out over 7 beautiful acres, you will find plenty of room to lounge at the heated pool, make yourself at home on Sanibel's famous beach located directly in front of your unit with our supplied beach chairs, toys and umbrellas, play an energizing game of tennis in your back yard, or have a relaxing evening BBQ at the community outdoor dining space without feeling crowded.

Located right along Middle Gulf Drive, you can easily access the rest of the island by car or you can explore this amazing place by bike using the islands unique network of bike trails which pass directly by the property. (Bikes are easily rented on the island.)
Stroll the 15 miles of white sand beach just steps away from your unit. You won't regret bringing along a bag or net for interesting shells. My kids and I love to check out the sea life at low tide when water is ankle deep and the sandbar is teeming with crabs, sand dollars, sea cucumbers and other interesting creatures. Especially neat at sunrise and sunset!

We loved our stay at Beachfront Bliss! The location was perfect and the view from the patio was stunning. We enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts, and of course the beach was beautiful. This place had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.

Perfect Beach Vacation

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Sanibel unit! Everything felt brand new—clean, modern, and thoughtfully furnished. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, with stunning views overlooking the beach right from the unit. We especially loved having access to the pickleball courts and the pool, which were both in excellent condition. It was the perfect combination of relaxation and fun. We’re already looking forward to our next visit—would definitely stay here again!

An absolutely wonderful return to Sanibel!

This was our first time back in Sanibel post-Ian, so we weren't entirely sure what to expect.We were thrilled with our stay here at the end of May! The condo was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed with all the amenities of home. The walk to the beach was easy, and we greatly enjoyed the chairs and umbrellas. The beach was not crowded at all, and the shelling was fantastic.We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back. The location couldn’t be any better. The view and the constant breeze from the Gulf were incredible. The lanai doors opened completely so you had the full breeze and view right there. We woke up every single morning to walk the beach to see the most beautiful sunrises and were never disappointed.The condo itself felt brand new, and the layout and accommodations are top-notch. Everything was spotless, modern, and really well setup. Honestly couldn’t have been any better. David and Leslie are 5-star hosts and were extremely responsive to every question we had and had great suggestions for things to do.The location is also super convenient for biking and walking. We loved strolling just 0.5 miles down the beach to Turtles Tiki Bar for great food and cocktails. The beach itself was never crowded (We visited last week of February), and the shelling here is like nothing I’ve ever seen! There was also a heated pool, pickleball,tennis, and a really nice outdoor cooking area by the pool that was open to everyone.If you’re thinking about booking, just do it. You won’t regret it. Amazing location & views. We spent 2 weeks here with great weather and the condo was perfect. Right by a sandbar with top notch shelling. Hard to beat the shelling anywhere else - & I have been coming for years! Wish we had more time to look. The condo itself was very clean, updated, and extremely well stocked. The unit has games, extra pillows, towels, tons ofnbeach supplies, and plenty of kitchen amenities for children and adults. Samsung tvs. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. The property is totally redone and beautiful. The salt water pool is always a great temp. Pickleball & tennis equipment. Easy in and out access and elevator is nearby and carts for luggage. Host had all the basics when we arrived plus extra soaps etc. I hesitate to leave this review because we want to come back but it is well earned! Hate to leave!

Beautiful beachfront property

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was beautiful and well kept and appointed. The view was stunning and we loved the screened in seating area to enjoy our morning coffee and lunches! It was also nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas provided to use during our stay. Sanibel was beautiful, we had fun exploring the island and found all the suggestions and recommendations from the property owners incredibly helpful. We would love to come back some day!

Have stayed in many condos on the island and this one is by far a favorite. Well appointed, has everything you need. Appreciated the well stocked beach closet with comfortable chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and anything you would want or need on the beach. We had a fabulous time and will return. Great choice!

Newly renovated, clean and comfortable, Sanddollar C204 had everything we needed for a great week. Much time was spent on the lanai enjoying the terrific view (including several dolphin sightings.) We liked the central island location and the smaller size of the Sanddollar complex. There was some ongoing renovation work going on around the complex while we were there, as there is on most Sanibel properties at this time, but things seem to be very near completion and the pool, grills, and elevator in our building were all fully operational. We enjoyed watching the new landscaping being installed and final touches put on the new tennis and pickleball courts. We love Sanibel and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience with all aspects of the rental. The only issue was that the a/c did not cool the bedrooms well, especially the master. It was super hot throughout the nights and we didn’t sleep well because of it.

Great unit in a fabulous property

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this unit very much. With only 36 units in the complex, the property is quiet and full of amenities without the overcrowding we've experienced at other Sanibel properties. This unit has just the right amount of space and a fantastic view of the beach. The kitchen is well appointed for family-style cooking, too. Add HD cable TV and change some worn power plugs in key areas and this unit would get 5 stars from me every time. In all, you can't go wrong with C204 at the Sanddollar on this treasure of an island.

Winter get away.

Condo was fabulous. Very nice end unit, wonderful view, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We felt very fortunate to find a condo to rent as many of the condo complexes are still closed from Hurricane Ian recovery. Only problem was the elevator was not working and that was not mentioned in the rental description and the garbage disposal was not working, causing the sink to drain very slowly. The owners did respond to our concerns about it quickly, but the issue was not resolved while we were there which was an inconvenient.

Exactly what we needed!

The updates done since Ian are beautiful they are on trend but not all grey and cold feeling. It’s the perfectly decorated and stocked place; much larger than we were expecting. There was not a single thing that I thought I needed the entire time I stayed. The beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella were all much appreciated and in great shape. There are laundry baskets and an extra fold out mat in case somebody needs to sleep on the floor. The towels we had were really great quality for a rental and I really appreciated that. All of the appliances worked great and were not too loud. There are some what I would call renovations being done to the building, but nothing that seems too invasive or problematic. Mostly just making it prettier. Highlight for me was the pool had two gas grills and two very clean very nice bathrooms Along with umbrellas, which are former place did not have. Definitely happy, definitely would recommend and would stay here again.
