From the living room and terrace you have beautiful views of the river, beach and the Pacific Ocean. From the back deck you can take in the natural beauty, amazing birdlife and water activities. There is a rumpus room, lounge room, built in robes, balcony, and fire place so you can really relax. Great pub & Bowling Club in walking distance and a Cafe opposite to grab a coffee or some lunch.

The river is ideal for stand up paddle boarding, windsurfing, fishing & kayaking with the boat ramp 100 meters away. Table talk Cafe is across the road from your front door for a real coffee or fish and chips. There is a fantastic 18 hole golf course and a patrolled surf beach. Take a short drive to fabulous boutique wineries including the Two Figs Winery and Mountain Ridge Wines. Explore the historic Coolangatta Estate winery in the foothills of Mount Coolangatta. Built in 1822 by convict labour, the estate is the site of the first European settlement in the Shoalhaven region. Neighbouring towns Berry or Gerroa are less than 10 minutes drive away. The Heads Hotel (100 metres away) provides bikes, kayaks & SUP for hire.
The Shoalhaven Heads Native Botanic Garden is a peaceful spot for a picnic lunch, housing a collection of 200 native plants and trees.
