We enjoyed our stay in this home right outside Cooperstown. Convenient to area activities, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Our host was very accommodating, and responded quickly. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this great house in Cooperstown, NY. Very close to all the sites, including the Baseball Hall of Fame. The house was immaculate, well maintained, and has everything anyone would ever need. Very appreciative to be able to bring our two GSD’s. Every aspect was perfect!

Cozy, comfy, well located. It worked well for our group of 3 adults. Since the property is not within walking distance of the village, it was great Dave had coffee available for us.

This property is so close to the downtown Cooperstown area! We had wonderful reception with our cell phones which when we stayed at other places out side of the main city area has been an issue. The Wi-Fi works well! Everything was very comfortable!

It was a perfect location and had all the necessities that is needed in a comfortable rental. Bed comfort. Kitchen accessories. Bathrooms. Quietness to the house. Laundry available. We had an original complaint of a bit of cleanliness, not anything drastic, alerted the owner and he was super prompt about a response. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would recommend to anyone needing a nice stay in Cooperstown.

House was good location a short distance from Cooperstown for low price in a quiet area. Stayed here one night on the way back from a ski trip to break up a 10 hour drive. Good communication from host. House as described. Would stay here again.
