Granite countertops, hardwood and new tile floors throughout. Private backyard. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, library, Sat. Market etc. and 12 minute walk (.6 miles) to Beaverton Transit Center MAX station (direct to downtown Portland). There are 2 queen beds, one in each bdrm. The couch also folds down flat.

We chose this property for HomeAway because it is a great place to get to downtown from. There are all sorts of things within walking distance to (ie: restaurants, shops, bars, public transportation)

Downtown Beaverton has a lot going on right now with new places popping up all the time. Our place is on a quiet street close to all this, but far enough away to give you some quiet from the hustle and bustle.
