This place in Whistler Creek was awesome! We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed every moment. This home was top of the line from top to bottom. We truly did not want to leave! It was a true mountain experience.
The house is beautifully appointed, very comfortable furniture, linens and beds. Kitchen had convenient selection of seasonings and some basics. Great floorplan and extras like espresso maker and boot dryer, plenty of paper goods and generous toiletries. Laundry was super convenient, so easy to pack light. We were fortunate to make the ski in/ski out work late season, although not for beginners. We found having rented SUV from YVR for our group of 7 super easy to get ski rentals and go to local groceries, dinner and yoga.
We had a great time with awesome snow conditions. Ski in and out was easy just ask a neighbor walking to it to tell you the ropes! Awesome place would highly recommend
Convenient location. Short walk for ski in/ski out. Could use some sharper knives in the kitchen and some more bowls, but otherwise was well stocked. The shower head in the basement could use some service but worked well enough for us. 9.5/10 overall!
Nice rental nestled up in the hills of Creekside. Our favorite feature was the hot tub, and the spacious heated garage! Ski hill access is a short ski+walk away.
Kindrey’s place is really nice! Lots of space for people and the privacy of the neighborhood was great. The hot tub had a few issues with the jets and it doesn’t stay hot for very long, but overall we all had a great time!

Thanks for the 5-Stars, Dallas! Not sure what the issue with the hot tub was, we have it serviced weekly and haven’t had any complaints since you were there! Come back anytime!
From start to finish our experience with the owners was top notch! Very quick to reply to all our questions. Their home is beautiful! Six and a half days of amazing Bluebird days. Thank you very much!!

Great house
Great, clean house. Great choice for 2 families with kids. Accurate description and pictures. Had no issues with ski in-out though a short walk was involved.
House was beautiful and located in a wonderful area. Quiet neighborhood. Close to all amenities. Only issue were the ants in the kitchen and first floor bathroom. Outside of that - we enjoyed the property very much.

Tiny ants are a problem in the spring in many homes in Whistler. It only last a few weeks before they disappear again and we treat the area without harmful pesticides and chemicals. Unfortunate the guest didn't reach out when they arrived that there was a problem as we could have addressed it without a 3 star review!
We have two families and friends that take a annual ski trip (12 of us) and this year it was Whistler! The residence was a perfect size for our group. Having ski out and almost ski was great. No need to drive and park to begin the day! Having a private hot tub to end the day is amazing. The house had all of the supplies that we needed and was clean well maintained. We would stay here again!
It was a little dated,It needed several updates, such as closet doors not opening, knob coming off faucet in bathroom, no handle on patio door for reentry, advertised as having an ice maker, which it didn’t .And the sofa had a hole in the right arm and part of the open with a round piping sticking out. That could be dangerous for kids.
Our extended family had a great stay! The booking process, adding an extra day, and checking in were seamless. Kindrey was quick to respond and warmly invited us to check in early.
The house is exactly as advertised. The rooms were very clean and everything worked well - except the coffee maker but we made due! The kitchen is very well set-up for cooking at home for a group, with a large, immaculate refrigerator, commercial stove, and plenty of the kitchen essentials.
We recommend this property and would book it again when in Whistler. Thank you!
Great house, perfect set up for two families but things are not as clean or kept up as one would expect. Showers, BBQ, throw blankets and living room carpet need a really good clean. Couple hiccups with oven and fireplace were quickly resolved but in general this place needs some attention.
We were here with 3 families, 6 adults, 5 kids between 7-10. We had an awesome time. The ski in ski out was simple and always makes the trip great. The house itself is quite large & has two nice master suites upstairs which was good for our group. Some of the fixtures in the house were a little worn out & it just seemed like the house was a busy rental so things were a little tired but generally it served its purpose and was comfortable overall. The hot tub was clean & hot. the kitchen is a little bit small to have more than 1-2 ppl max in it cooking at the same time but again, not a huge issue. We had a really nice time. Thank you!
The Good -
- Nice amount of space
- 2 car heated garage
- private hot tub
- Pretty good layout
- Had some condiments, detergent...
The "Could be Better" -
- The ski-in/out involved skiing down a slope rated as Black Diamond...It was more of a Blue but with the 24/7 snowmaking the visibility could hit ZERO - we drove into the village to start every day...
- We experienced record low temps our 1st day or so and the radiant heat struggled a bit...when temps got more normal it was ok
Beautiful, spacious property that accommodated adults and infant comfortably for a ski weekend in Whistler. Loved the ski in/out option. Host was super communicative up front- my only two demarkations are: 1)the hot tub was at 10 degrees C when we arrived- after leaving a message with the phone # listed in the book, we never received a call back. This was a big disappointment to the group as we weren't able to use the hot tub for the first day of our 2 day rental (after a full day of skiing and driving) . 2) The balcony door on the main floor does not have a handle to re-enter. Minor inconvenience since we were all home to let the person back in.

Pros and cons of our experience
Beautiful location and overall had a great weekend in Whistler!
CONS
-We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the place as there were leftover decorations (tape and steamers) from a previous group, and broken glass on the hot tub patio. Most of the pots, pans and knives were greasy and dirty so we had to spend time cleaning them. There were also places in the house that had accumulated lots of dust. The place is nice but noticeably has its wear and tear.
-We we’re not informed that there was going to be a man coming for hot tub maintenance and when he showed up we felt uncomfortable leaving him at the house with all of our belongings sitting out unsupervised. We declined the service.
-Our group attempted to remove all of the recycling and garbage from the house as instructed (to the shed for recycling and garbage down the road), however, wereunsuccessful due to the code for lock which was not working. We had to remove all of the garbage and most the recycling in our vehicles to a dump in Whistler.
PROS
-This place has an awesome location in a beautiful neighbourhood that was peaceful and quiet.
- The house is spacious and sleeps 12 comfortably. Beds were clean and very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and had lots of room to get ready in.
- We did receive a partial reimbursement for the cleaning fee, and the owner stated that it was a once off for the house to be in the condition that it was for us. So hopefully this won’t be the case for future groups!

A couple of unfortunate (and unusual - see other reviews) cleaning complaints which I immediately addressed, led to guests finding problems where there simply were none. The code to the garbage shed door was in fact working. I spoke to neighbours that day who said the door was actually unlocked, guests need only to have pulled it open. The house manual/instructions also clearly states to guests that our hot tub company may be popping in for a quick weekly maintenance during their stay. The name of the company is provided, so there was no need to turn away them away for fear of their things being stolen. By declining service, the hot tub is then unfairly looked after for the next guests. I would recommend next time these guests are looking to book in Whistler they try the Four Seasons in lieu of a vacation rental.
