We offer our Hale to you to enjoy the benefits of staying in one of the largest Apts. in our surrounding location, right in the Heart of Waikiki.
Our large open floor plan is fabulous featuring a living/dining room combo. All 2-bedroom apartments. have a private lanai for your enjoyment.
Enjoy a fully furnished kitchen for cooking including a refrigerator, oven and gas range, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Also provided are pots/pans, plates, dishes, utensils, and glassware.
The Apt. has A/C, floor-to-ceiling windows, and ceiling fans. Apt. is outfitted with a flat-screen TV and remotes.
On-site coin-operated Laundry facilities are located on every other floor of our building for your convenience.
Parking is based on availability, and we offer the best daily rate in town at $12 p/day or any portion thereof. Please let us know in advance if you need parking.
Check-In and Check-Out times are better than a Hotel! Check-in at 3:00 pm and Check-out at 12:00 Noon. No Worries on Contactless checking in and checking out, we will have instructions for checking in and out of your Apt. using our convenient Lock-box system.
Any booking over 180 nights may incur additional charges.

The units are spacious and the building is ideally located just steps away from everything. The greatest asset of this property is Martha the manager who is kind and helpful and will always go out of her way to take care of the tenants' needs and make everyone feel comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at Whale Watchers. The building was clean and very well maintained, and the apartments were also clean and pleasant, although relatively sparsely equipped and furnished. The location in Waikiki is quite central, close to everything including the beach. So that was a definite plus, in addition to the parking spaces that are convenient and easily accessible both from the street and the building itself. Overall, a good experience.

I stayed in this property and experienced multiple issues during my stay. I had someone walk in my unit unannounced and without permission. The individual lived on the same floor and was too drunk to remember where he lived. On another incident, my vehicle was broken into and had items stolen.
The place is dated and dangerous. If you stay here be concerned for your safety.

We learned about the incident in the middle of the night when the Police should have addressed the accidental walk-in since they would have not talked to us directly. We are very careful about our tenants and we don't want anyone to get harmed by anyone.
We sent a notice to the tenant to cease and desist the offensive behavior immediately. The person moved out from the 6th floor 2 weeks ago, 4 weeks earlier than planned.
Sometimes visitors, drink a bit when they arrive here, not knowing the tropical and how the alcohol affects their bodies. It's not like being on the mainland coming from a cold area or a landlocked place and some people celebrate overwhelmed getting on their vacation of a lifetime.
The same goes for the car break-in. It's in the lease to please contact the Police immediately if you notice anything suspicious.
Our Building has a community of peaceful people who looks out for each other's safety.
We never had an offensive accident like this before and we apologize for the inconvenience.
The price is low but not worth the hassle or hidden charges
Don't do it, not worth it. The price is low because the quality of the listing is very low. Our whole stay was plagued with terrible communication and missteps by management. We arrived to a listing that was very dirty and not as advertised. The second room was not really a room but a faux tiki palms constructed to look like a wall. The A/C did not work and we continued to bug management until the A/C situation was resolved. Thank you for that Martha. I would have wrote an average review if not had being hit by a surprise fee for 'cleaning'. The place was ridiculously dirty before we arrived and we left the listing in a much better place before departing. I am concerned for other people who might choose this listing, caveat emptor!

We are truly surprised by your comments.
The apartment was properly cleaned right before you moved in by professionals. We responded to all your requests and resolved all issues as fast as we were able to. What we noticed is that you both were working most of the time and the unit had sand everywhere from the surfing and coming home from the beach. The balcony was soiled with sand when you left. To add to the matter, it was the restoration work in progress on the building while you were here that added to the dust that settles every day. The spalling repair is done now and we will keep a better maintenance schedule.
The professional cleaners had a considerable time to clean the apartment after your departure.
We had to unclog the shower and the sink from sand, and vacuum all the sand, bleach the bathtub and the bathroom, besides the regular cleaning.
What we learned from this experience is to provide window AC units and remove the portable ones, and have a better solution for the sand issues from the beach for future residents.
We respect our visitors and we care for them every day. There was made a change in the onsite personnel for more attention to detail in the building.
Great location - 2 blocks to beach and walkable to the whole area. Couple hiccups with getting the lease taken care of but easily remedied. Check out a tad confusing - lease said one thing, paper on apt door another and unable to verify on the weekend. But nothing life altering - all worked out perfectly. The city surprised everyone with utility work and management company was very good with it's communication with us.
The apt was perfect for us - 5 adults. We didn't spend much time there but to sleep. We easily got to our next adventure every day. If you need a quiet neighborhood in order to sleep, not here - it's Waikiki! That's what made the location awesome!

It is basic accommodations in an old building. Communicating with management is ok and when they were around they were helpful. That said, it is very spacious and we liked the location; a short walk to all Waikiki has to offer. If noise bothers you then this is not a good choice.
