100 Steps to the Gulf -Soaring Ceilings, Beams, Contemp, Free Lighthouse Passes

Located on a barrier island off the coast of Florida with great Gulf Views. Directly, fronting on the island's paved bike path, it has its own adjacent beach access easement as well. Just 100 steps from the Gulf. Take your pet walking on the beach and bicycle path.

The home is located on the south side of the road at 932 East Gulf Beach Drive.

This furnished home features include a washer and dryer; phone; 2 SMART TVs and large sundeck. Complete kitchen with an electric stove, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Outside there is a shower, fish cleaning station and grill.

Our home has been completely repainted in August 2018. All new interior, 8 solid core doors, along with a new deck and new railings were installed in December 2017. New vinyl plank floor coverings were installed throughout the home in June 2017.

Free High Speed Cable WIFI ready - bring your laptop to surf the web, to stream your favorite movies- TV shows and to check your emails.

Free admission to the St George Light House is provided as a Welcome Gift for each guest.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Place key in the lock box and close. You may have to re-under the key number code 1273 to close the lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$100.00 non refundable pet fee. No cats. Only 2 dogs allowed. No bon fires are allowed.

The communication with host was great and very prompt. We loved the location and access to beach. But the house needs a good deep clean-there are cobwebs along the peek, dirty ceiling fans , refrigerator needs a good cleaning. There is a burner on the stove that doesn’t work. Cute house just needs a little attention

Appropriately listed and priced. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the central location for biking both directions and all over the island. It is possible to bike more than 30 miles and not leave the island which makes this a great island for us to visit and the house to base from. The owner is very responsive. The Internet name was different than listed but the owner quickly helped me get on track.

Lovely beach house with direct access to the bay-to-beach path, making the walk to the beach a short 2-3 minutes even with 2 little kids. Host was incredibly hospitable and the house was very clean and well-stocked. Our second trip to St. George, and we will be returning again-- feels like home away from home.

The location truly is 100 steps to the water thanks to the little alleyway! St George will be a repeat for us- forgotten FL is wonderful, quiet, and quaint. The house is older, but equipped with everything we needed and was clean!

Great beach trip

This was a great property. Very easy walk to the beach and the property's wagon made hauling our stuff very easy. Everything was well stocked, never had to worry about running out of trash bags, dish soap, etc. which was a nice touch. The property owner was very responsive and helped us when we left behind a few clothing items to ensure they were returned. Will definitely try to stay here again!
