Unfortunately, we tried our best to make this owner happy. We spent money to have a plumber come over twice when the guests clogged the toilet. The plumber found baby wipes were the culprit. We have signs in the bathroom stating that the guest is responsible for any damage to the pipes or toilet if anything besides TP goes down the drain. We did not charge the guests eventhough they violated this rule. We replaced the towels when they complained, we sent the cleaner back over and she dusted the fans. At no point in time was the "Government going to shut down the airlines". The guests asked what our cancelation policy was for canceled flights. We were willing to change the dates of the reservation but not give a full refuns for a cancelation two days before check-in. We are not perfect and dont claim to be, but if there are any issues we will send someone over at a cost to us to fix the problem. Some guests are not okay with any problems occurring in the first place and we understand that we cant please those guests, but we still send over staff to fix the problems at our cost. Even though we know that a bad review is coming. We would have been more then willing to send the cleaning staff back over immediately if informed of the guest's dissatisfaction, but we were not afforded that opportunity. We are very sorry that the guest was not fully satified and we even offered a partial refund and gift certificate to Waikiki Brewing which they refused.
