About this property
Beautiful Beaver Creek Ski in / out townhome close to Ski In / Out
Experience one of the most breathtaking mountain towns in the United States from the comfort of this newly remodeled Mountain Modern 3 bedroom (plus loft) 3 bathroom townhouse that sleeps 12. The owners just purchased this townhouse in September and completed the remodel in early December. This is a great property for one larger family or several smaller families on vacation together. The living room is ideal for the adults to enjoy the fireplace and views while the kids have a separate space in the media room to watch movies, play Xbox or other games.
Located just steps from ski in/out access (plus free shuttle service to the base of Beaver Creek), this large 2000 + square foot townhouse offers unparalleled access to some of the best skiing and mountain biking in the Western Hemisphere. After a day of skiing, you can relax in the newly renovated in-ground hot tub just steps from this townhouse. Summer guests will also be able to enjoy the newly renovated pool.
The Location: Easy ski in/out access (See pictures for ski in / ski out to Bachelor Gulch). This is NOT Slope-side but has easy ski access and free Shuttle to Beaver Creek Village (The Valley Route) and the Centennial Chairlift. There is also easy trail access for snowshoeing and there are two sets of snow shoes and poles for the guests to borrow.
In the summer, amazing hiking and mountain biking right out your front door. The Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch is a scenic 20-30 minute hike.

Why they chose this property
We love Ridgepoint. The easy ski in/out access is what sold us on this property. The large town house has amazing views and lots of room for entertaining. We have lots of dogs and young kids so we love the easy access to trails for the dogs and hiking with the kids (in the future)
It doesn't get any better ending your day at the Ritz Carlton Bachelor's Gulch for Apes Ski and then taking an easy ski down to the edge of the Ridgepoint townhouse. No hassles...just ski right home. It is also an easy hike in the summer over to the Ritz and then take the shuttle home after a nice dinner. After spending a lot of time in Vail, we opted for Beaver Creek for a more tranquil mountain experience with less crowds, more family friendly mountain and most importantly less lift lines and more powder just for us.
