Stay in a spacious 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment in Midtown Atlanta during the FIFA World Cup 2026™. Located just one block from Peachtree Street, this property offers convenient access to Arts Center MARTA Station for easy travel to Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

This apartment includes two private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, premium bedding, fast WiFi, and a Roku HDTVs in each room for streaming matches. The layout is ideal for groups, families, or friends traveling together.

Guests have access to a swimming pool and fitness center, along with bi-weekly cleaning, fresh linens, utilities, and two free parking spaces. Strong A/C keeps the space comfortable during Atlanta's summer.

With restaurants, Whole Foods, and Midtown attractions nearby, this is a convenient home base for your stay.

Pets

We love four-legged guests! We can host up to 2 small-to-medium pets per unit. To get started, let us know your pet's breed, weight, and age at least 3 days before arrival via the Guest Check-in & Lodging Agreement. Please note that Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers are not permitted.

Cats are welcome with prior written approval, but must be declawed. Clawed cats are not permitted due to furniture damage. Guests are responsible for the full replacement cost of any damage caused by their pet(s), regardless of whether the animal is a Registered Service Animal or Emotional Support Animal.

Pet fees are not included in your original booking price and are added after approval. Stays under 45 days are charged a one-time $75 fee. Stays of 45 days or more are charged $75 per month.

During your stay, please keep your pet from disturbing neighbors. If a scheduled cleaning is taking place, pets must be secured or removed from the unit for the duration. If an accident occurs, please notify us right away so we can help. Guests are responsible for all damage, soiling, or excessive hair left by their pet(s).

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

The BCA team is a professional property management company, so the check-in, check-out, and all communication in between were very professional and thoughtful. Great Midtown Apartment

My wife, son and I stayed at the apartment twice this summer. The apartment is large, well maintained and clean. We loved the midtown location. The large complex with pool in middle is surprisingly quite at night.

While the complex wasn’t the cleanest and lots of pot smells, this apartment was spotless and very well taken care of. The owner was great and the experience was awesome. Thank you!

Excellent apartment with very little service

Review Comments This apartment is excellent conditon. Clean, new, spacious, good appliances, plenty of parking space and great location. I stayed with my family and 2B/2b style was perfect and very convenient. However, BCA doesn't really provide any service. We needed more towels and requested them but never got them. They said they will bring them but they didn't. I asked twice, gave up and had to do the laundry everyday. There was no laundry detergent even. If I travel solo, I won't stay here. I only recommend if you travel as a group. Weekends can get very noisy due to the party at the pool. And the pool is shallow (3ft) so you can't swim.

Amazing Birthday Vacation Week

Praise: Everything you need is there. Best features are the gym, included parking, full kitchen with utensils and dishes, smart tv's, easy thermostat, and the location (being centrally located in midtown and in close proximity to grocery stores and gas stations). Comments: Only negative for my particular unit was the upstairs neighbors. There was very persistent, daily stomping. It was as if they had cinderblocks tied to their ankles...and every step was loud and violent. Some days it was just in the morning. Other days it was consistent for the whole day. Easy to ignore, but still annoying. The only thing preventing my stay from being perfect.

Decent and Secure

The reservation, check in and overall communication process with BCA was excellent. We received one parking pass instead of two but the issue was resolved to our liking. The apartment was clean and well organized but could use some touch ups to the paint in the entry hallway as well as the bedroom closets. Also there were no shelves to put soap/shampoo/body wash inside the shower. You literally have to put them on the floor. I didn't like that. There's no art work at all in the apartment so it's kinda weird to have the nice modern furniture and no paintings anywhere. It was a safe and decent stay for us. Although I'm really picky I would still recommend. I already provided this feedback to BCA and they assured me that my suggestions would be considered. Team BCA Response: Thank you very much for your thoughtful feedback. We are sorry about the mix up with your keys at check in. Thank you for raising that to our attention and allowing us to resolve that for you. I have taken all your feedback to our team, and we have already started to make some changes. We loved your shower shelf feedback very much and have already started installing them in all our apartments. We hope to have you book again to let us know what you think. We are looking into your other suggestion as well. We always want our apartments to feel fresh and modern for all our guests. We keep them stocked with the essentials and encourage our guests to make themselves at home. We keep the decorations to a minimum to not take up too much space from guests since they book with us for months at a time. And you might be surprised to know that paintings have gone missing from us before.

Great experience!

We were in town for our son's graduation. Instead of choosing a hotel, we decided to give this nice looking apartment a try. The location is super convenient. Only 5 minutes walk to wholefood, and 10-20 minutes walk to many nice restaurants in midtown Atlanta. Very close to GT and the famous Atlanta Aquarium. The interior is spacious, new, clean and modern looking. Great to relax after a busy day in Atlanta. Wi-Fi is fast. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped for heating up quick food or making simple meals. Instruction for check in and check out is clear. Access to parking garage is so helpful! Overall, very pleased with the apartment and the management team. Great experience. Will definitely recommend it. Team BCA Response: Thank you so much for your stay and your review.
