About this property

Rose Cottage offers comfort convenience and contemporary living

With dining room, new kitchen, lounge room and four bedrooms and 2 designer bathrooms and uninterrupted views overlooking the Golf course from the large rear deck. It is just a short walk to the golf club, with tennis court, local shops, parks and bike pump track.

The rear deck has an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, outdoor setting and a second fridge.

A large lounge room with ample seating, a smart 50" TV and a second sitting area in front of the Eureka wood heater. A reverse cycle air conditioner operates in this room.
A separate dining room which seats 10 people. A reverse cycle air conditioner is in this room.

A new great size kitchen with induction cook top, oven, dishwasher, pod coffee machine, pantry cupboard and breakfast bench. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, crockery, cooking and entertaining needs.

The bathroom has tiles to the roof, a deep bath/shower and vanity. The toilet is separate for when the bathroom is busy, located near the Laundry. The laundry has a new washing machine.

All four double bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, three have their own reverse cycle air conditioners and the main bedroom includes a smart TV, large ensuite with walk in shower and a deep bath overlooking Talbingo mountain. Electric blankets and bedding (EXCLUDING SHEETS) have been provided for your convenience.

The bedding configuration is as follows:
Bedroom 1 = king size bed
Bedroom 2 = queen size bed
Bedroom 3 = queen size bed
Bedroom 4 = 2 x single bed bunk
Remember to pack your own linen and towels.

Established gardens, driveway, carport, retaining walls and fire pit area built in the back yard.
We accommodate a maximum of 10 people.

We had a wonderful stay at Talbingo. The property was clean, cosy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. It was the perfect base for our snow trip, with the slopes only about 40 minutes away. There’s also so much to do around town, which made our stay even better. We only wish we had stayed longer! Everything was great, and we would happily return.

Rose Cottage was a perfect choice for our group. Outdoor deck is amazing with golf course views and the large outdoor kitchen was amazing. The perfect weekend getaway

Great location, clean and spacious. The house comes with an abundance of great indoor and outdoor areas, perfect for a weekend away with friends or a week with family. A beautiful location with stunning views to the water and over the golf course, and within walking distance of the club and shops. The accomodation was very comfortable, well appointed and exceptionally clean. It had everything you needed. Very spacious and quiet at night. The hosts were friendly and answered my queries quickly.
