Casa Playa - Secluded Oasis on the LI Northfork

This recently renovated beach house has the most spectacular views from every room in the house. 2 Outdoor decks and 2 balconies overlooking the beach and the ocean/Long Island Sound. This house will make you feel like a millionaire and there is so much to do out here.
Our beach house is completely secluded and is a paradise for anybody who is looking to enjoy the most outrages panoramic views and love waking up to the sunrise overlooking all of the Long Island Sound.
The beach is a 5 minute walk away and is semi private - during the summer season the water is fairly warm, it is an ideal environment for snorkeling, paddle boarding or kayaking. (we have 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board as well as 4 bicycles available for your use)
Of course you can also just relax on either the beach or on your private decks at the house overlooking all of it.
The house comes with almost everything you need. Fresh linens, towels, fire logs, a fully equipped kitchen with lots of fun stuff like Ninja Mixer, NuWave Oven, Bread Maker, S'mores Maker, Ice cream Maker and a beautiful charcoal grill and a new gas grill on the deck by the kitchen.
We also supply some essentials like coffee, sugar & milk to get you started.
The living room features a new Internet connected 70" 4K TV with Netflix, a Playstation3 and a Wii with plenty of games (including Rockband, Wii fit...)
While we purposely do not have cable, we do have an HD antenna to receive some of the important channels like ABC,NBC and FOX...
The house has a washer and dryer, AC, indoor fire place and outdoor fire table....

SOME IMPORTANT NOTES
- The usage of our bicycles and kayaks require a waiver signed by you prior to arrival..
- We do not include maid or cleanup services, but a weekly cleanup service can be provided at extra cost.
- We do not allow parties to be thrown at our house or any extra guests. This is something that we will enforce 100% and will result in immediate termination of your stay !
- On this note, we do have an outdoor security camera pointing away from the house that monitors incoming traffic - this is due to people having been dishonest about their intentions!

The Neighborhood
Wading River and the Northfork have so much to see and do, you will never be bored. From charming restaurants, vineyards, farms, famous bakeries and lobster places to Wildwood State Park, the Tanger outlets, the Aquarium and the Splish Splash to mention a few things to do!

Great place to stay! Very "Flexible", as we had some unusual weather, and it was actually fun to be in the house during a freak storm. The location is nice, walking distance to a great restaurant (Watermark), and the beach. In addition to the beaches, Wading River has become a bit of a foodie spot!House has great views from every room, many with views of multiple directions. Great "jumping off" spot to the East End, or just relaxing locally.

Lovely home with beautiful views

Great home to spend with our family. Serene with magnificent views from all three decks. We enjoyed cooking and grilling together and took advantage of all the amazing farm stands in the area.

Lovely property

We had a great time during a winter escape at this property. Great views, short walk to the beach, and lots of room to spread out. Simply Wonderful

My husband and I rented this property for a winter getaway and didn’t want to leave! This is more than a very nice, cozy, peaceful and comfortable house with spectacular views. Superb!!!

This was our second stay at Casa Playa. Martin and Yolanda have made some improvements (new bathroom upstairs among them) which made the home even better than before. Casa Playa is truly a special and unique place that gave us the peace and enjoyment we desperately needed. Martin and Yolanda are THE best hosts we’ve ever encountered. Once again, wonderful through and through!!

Views, views, views and more views!

If you are an ocean lover this is the house for you, I have never seen such beautiful vistas -sunrises and sunsets - surround you. The house is a three story house that commands the sound: you can hear the waves from the main bedroom, the living room, the kitchen. It is really meant for adults though as there is not any privacy ( main bedroom is a loft and shares a bath with kids bedroom). The hosts were very friendly and available. The place is serene and invites relaxation. We loved being there.

Beautiful home with unbelievable view

We had a wonderful stay at Martin and Yolanda’s home. It was a spectacular view of the LI sound and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen had all the equipment necessary to cook family meals and we loved exploring the areas with many farm stands and wineries. Unfortunately, we stayed during the recent hurricane and our stay was cut short due to having no power. The owners could not have been more flexible and understanding and very responsive. We look forward to coming again and would highly recommend the property.

Wading River Getaway

Overall lovely time. Unbelievably peaceful area, very nice neighborhood. The house was spacious and the ocean views were breathtaking. The only thing that renters should be aware of is the master bedroom situation. It is not a private room. When you walk up to the 3rd floor, the master bed sits in more of a landing area. The views are GORGEOUS, however it's open to the other floors and the bunk room is directly behind it. So all bunk room guests need to walk through the master bed area to get to their space. It was not an issue for us...but if you're a large family....just consider sleeping arrangements. The beds were all extremely comfortable and although we were concerned that there was no central air...the window units cooled it off QUICKLY. We were very comfortable and relaxed for our stay. We would definitely visit Martin and Yolanda's property again!

Why they chose this property

Wading River is the polar opposite from the Hamptons ! It is the perfect place to lay low without all the nonsense of the Hamptons and it is much closer to Manhatten.
Plenty of really nice restaurants, all the shopping and a beach that is quite with calm water - simply said, a paradise!

What makes this property unique

This property is on top off a cliff overlooking the entire Long Island sound and its beaches, a view barely found in the Hamptons.
