Great place for a family vacation!! You have your personal walkway to the beach and the house had several beach chairs, beach toys for the kids and a nice cart to take everything there and back. Spacious main room with wonderful views. Owner was very accommodating and communication with the owner was very prompt and easy. Would highly recommend this house!

Location and access to beach couldn't be beat! Kitchen was well stocked, A/C was nice and cold, beds were comfortable. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful with last minute questions, etc.

We held a reunion with our three sons and their families. This place sits on an acre of land so plenty of room for our grandchildren to play ball in the huge yard. Awesome front row view of the ocean and beach, you can see both directions with zero obstruction which is very impressive. The host is very responsive and nice to work with. The house is very clean and comfortable and main living area, kitchen, master areas are very spacious. The only negative I would say about this house is the other 3 bedrooms are a little tight for anyone other than children. Perfect for little ones though. We use VRBO Often and I would highly recommend this house. We will be back.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! Check-in was smooth and straightforward, with clear instructions provided ahead of time. The home was clean, well-kept, and exactly as described. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The location was perfect—close to the beach yet quiet enough to relax in the evenings. Overall, a wonderful experience that made for a memorable getaway. We’d happily stay here again!

Galveston 2025

Grandparents, 5 sons and their families!! We had a great time. Getting to "our" spot on the beach was easy and listening to the waves early morning was very relaxing. Large yard in front with plenty of room so we ended our stay grilling hamburgers and Survivor style games!

Memorable Weekend!

This is the perfect place for a great get away! Location is premium. Its the second time I've stayed in this home. Accommodations are perefect for a big family or gathering with friends. Beds were comfortable, furniture comfy, and owner very reponsive with any questiins or issues.

Great place!

We had a family reunion over the weekend and this was the perfect place for it! Right on the beach. The house had all the amenities you need and was clean and cheerful! I highly recommend renting here for your vacation. The owner is awesome! The cost was right.

Always a Nice Stay

We've stayed here a couple times now and it's always a nice visit, even if the weather doesnt cooperate! John is extremely responsive. Layout of the house is definitely the best for large groups, better than most on the island and the best value. Highly recommend.
