everything was as described! Jill was prompt with all communication. the house was immaculate! everything that you needed was provided...pots, pans, glasses, towels, cooking appliances! if you are looking at this property and debating on if you want to book, just do it!

very nice space for hanging out. really appreciated the beach amenities and outdoor activities. only downside was the pool took a pretty long time to warm up, typically only swam in it at night sometimes. Along with no extra paper towels or toilet paper on hand. overall nice place with lots of amenities for the stay(blankets, towels, cooking stuff).

A very nice and functional house in a beautiful location. It lacked nothing. The only downside was that the mattress in the bedroom was too soft.

Great home. Stayed the month of April 2026. Everything looked exactly as pictured. Furniture was comfortable, clean and gently used by renters. Pool was clean, heated and maintenanced weekly. Check in was easy. Everything you needed was included although I purchased new frypans and a door sweep for pool bathroom to keep bugs and salamanders out. Prior renters did leave some opened items which we discarded. Pool and beach supplies were greatly appreciated. Extra fans in bedroom closets were great. We would definitely recommend for a nice, quiet neighborhood near to many restaurants and shops. Great area with fast access to mid-point bridge to Fort Myers.

Overall the house was clean and well maintained. I would like to know that the pool was not heated. In fact, we couldn't swim the whole week due to the pool being so cold. Being an avid swimmer this is why I rent a place with a pool. The weather was very cold in the 40s when we arrived. The bed mattress in the master bedroom was uncomfortably soft.

We picked this house based off of location, and it did not disappoint. 30 minutes from the ft Myers beach and right by our favorite splash pad/park. (we have two small children ) We loved the little neighborhood to go for a bicycle ride, everyone usually said hello or good morning that was outdoors! The pool was perfect for our family and they had the house well stocked. We will definitely stay again!! 6 stars if I could!!

Perfect Location

This property was in a perfect location. It was in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything from beaches to restaurants. The house layout was perfect for our family and having access to the bicycles and garage was fantastic.

Great location, nice property

This home is located in a quiet South Cape neighborhood with easy access to everything. The house was clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. We swam and relaxed in the pool daily and the gas grill was great for grilling out on nights we didn’t go out to eat.
