Great neighborhood. Wish there was at least one cabinet for groceries. Beds were a bit hard. Maybe some mattresses toppers could be added by the owner.Overall, great experience and would definitely rent this house again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself was as described in the rental listing. The location provided good access to the National Seashore. The problem: nowhere in the rental listing did 1) the owner or 2) the local listing agent or 3) any other rental platform state that the owner was not providing any mattress pads, pillows or blankets this year due to COVID-19. The photographs on the listing site would have suggested otherwise. Fortunately, the on-call real estate contact provided us with most, but not all, of what we needed for the week. Gratis. This oversight, which was totally preventable, marred our arrival on a cold and rainy Sunday evening. The local agent, when queried the next day, said "Oh, all the property owners are doing that this year." Really. Well, it would be a good idea to post such information on the listing.
