Description
Welcome to Happy Ours, a stunning canal-front retreat just 2.5 miles from the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island. Designed for relaxation and waterfront adventure, this luxury home offers an open-concept living space, a gourmet kitchen with an induction cooktop and convection oven, and comfortable accommodations for up to eight guests.

The home features a king primary suite with a private ensuite bath, two additional queen beds, a bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa. Outside, enjoy your own private backyard oasis with a heated saltwater pool, jacuzzi hot tub, fire pit, sun loungers, and a spacious canal-front deck.

Bring your boat and take advantage of the private 30-foot dock. Guests staying two weeks or longer may use the 20,000 lb boat lift with a signed agreement.

Additional amenities include a private garage, washer and dryer, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs throughout, and beach towels and chairs for your island adventures.

Accommodates up to 8 guests.
Minimum Stay Required: 3 Nights
Maximum Parking: 3 Vehicles.

* Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Beautiful home, kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. Hot tub and pool was very nice. The only downside is the limited amount and quality of paper goods and soaps. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.

Such a beautiful house and beautiful location. Only 6 minute straight shot to the beach and plenty of restaurants and stores within minutes of the house. A beautiful home away from home. We will definitely be back!

The house is set up very well for vacationing.

Everything was super clean, the beds were very comfortable and the way the house was set up you really didn’t have to do anything just come in and relax. We will go back again any time and make sure we share with others for this location

Anna Maria and Egmont Key vacation

The property is in an amazing location. As we always love to stay around the area with our boat. This property gavels the opportunity to try out new sandbars in the area along with being able to explore Anna Maria and visit Egmont key.

Awesome place !!

This is a great home in a great location. The home is newly remodeled and it is beautifully done. We had a great time catching and releasing a bunch of fish and even had a visit from some manatee ! We loved it, and will be back for sure !!

Amazing Property

Our week stay was excellent and would recommend to anyone. The pool and hot tub were what attracted us to the listing and we used the heck out of them. Just amazing amenities. The house has been wonderfully updated and it was a very relaxing week.
