Cozy Condo is located above Edward Jones, in Wright Square on the western side of Highlands. Entry to the condo in on Helen"s Barn Road with a short fight of 20 stairs. The condo has a small kitchen, 2 bed rooms, a bathroom and a washer and dryer. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and an island that also serves as the dining table. The bedrooms each have a queen bed and are separated by the bathroom. In the living room is a comfortable leather sofa and recliner as well as a faux fireplace that is an electric heater. There is a covered balcony, with 2 bistro tables, that overlooks Main Street.
Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $500 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
